« The room smelled horrible: it had a very strong musty, vinegar smell and gave me a headache. »

« Very clean and quiet stay. Pet friendly, one room for our party had slight 'pet scent'. Queen rooms come with 4 towels. Asked for 1 extra towel and was told 'no' unless I wanted to swap out four current towels. »

« The room was clean but not what we were expecting from the pictures it showed. The area was a little sketchy. Didn’t feel as safe as we have been at other hotel locations in the Kansas City area. The good thing about the property is that we had a room booked there for 3 nights, but had a death in the family, so needed to cancel a couple of those nights. I had gone through a 3rd party company, and they wouldn’t let me cancel. I got a hold of the property and asked to cancel two of the 3 nights....
