« Everything was absolutely perfect for our stay. Everything was incredibly clean, in great condition, and smelled nice! We didnt use the pool or hot tub because we had a jacuzzi in our room, but I did pop in and look. The pool and hot tub were just as clean as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast, but was probably the best hotel breakfast I have had in a while. It was hot, fresh, and well stocked. We were in town for a wedding but will definitely be back for another...

« My room was next to a noisy room. I had to call the front desk at 3:00 AM to address the noise, but they were unable to contact the guests. I left the hotel at 6:00 AM feeling very tired. The toilets were smaller than standard, making it difficult to sit and stand. There were also a lot of ants running around on the bathroom floor. »

« There was an issue with the bed frame in our room where the plastic bumper/cap was missing, leaving a sharp exposed metal corner sticking out beyond the mattress. I accidentally bumped into it and it ripped my jeans. I reported it to staff, but no one came to address the issue during our stay. Even after reporting it, the exposed metal continued causing problems throughout the trip. My daughter caught her pants on it multiple times, and my formal dress also snagged on it.
