The living rooms offer a peaceful atmosphere with natural lighting from all the amazing windows! There is plenty of seating on the large sectional couch, a large Smart TV, extra throw blankets to cozy up and relax!

You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over along with coffee grounds, sugar and creamer included. This home offers four comfortable bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have king size beds with the master having a large Smart TV, and fireplace (decoration only)! The other bedroom on the main floor features a Murphy bed that can be converted into a private workstation.The last bedroom located on the second floor features a game area with two twin beds and a Smart TV. Each bedroom offers bedside tables with charging stations, lamps, overhead lighting and huge closets!

Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

Merriam is easily accessible by car and just a short ride away from all the action. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in the area.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
