And the staff was so friendly and professional - they made our stay there one of the best in our travels around Italy. « Con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni presso l'hotel Ricci, struttura parzialmente ristrutturata, bella, pulita ed essenziale a due passi dal mare. Colazione varia , tra cornetti, plumcake, torte (deliziose) e salumi. Personale e proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Merita molto più di un due stelle »

« Hotellet har fantastisk lokasjon med fantastisk utsikt. Jeg har hatt gold medlemskap hos Hotels.com i over 5 år, med flere hundre hotellovernattinger i denne perioden, men menneskene som jobber i dette hotellet er noen av det hyggeligste personalet som jeg noen gang har møtt på et hotell. »

« Le stanze erano molto fredde. Era stato acceso da poco il climatizzatore con funzione aria calda, ma era del tutto insufficiente. In bagno c’erano 10 gradi. La mattina, a colazione, abbiamo dovuto mangiare col piumino addosso, la sala era gelida, del tutto priva di riscaldamento. Se non si vuole spendere per riscaldare d'inverno è meglio tenerlo chiuso. »

« Clean hotel, 10 minutes from Rimini centre by car. Recently renovated. The only concern is you need to ask how much does the parking costs prior to your stay as the hotel uses the opposite property for that reason. Great hotel, great location Thank you »

« Avevo prenotato una camera quadrupla deluxe e mi hanno dato una doppia, assicurandomi che era più bella...senza farmi vedere la quadrupla prenotata (come posso dire io se è più bella?). Camera pulita, ma piccola. Bella la vista mare. Bagno piccolissimo. Per me che sono alto 180 cm quasi impossibile sedersi sul wc. Le ginocchia battono contro la doccia! Scomodissimo!!! Mai e poi mai. Personale gentile ed educato. »

« Camera comodissima anche se si hanno molte valigie e borse,bagno perfetto e ristrutturato. Personale accogliente,disponibile,attento alle esigenze dei clienti! Colazione strepitosa che non ti aspetti:abbondante e con tantissime possibilità di scelta tra dolce e salato. Posizione comoda e semplice per parcheggiare, se si raggiunge l’hotel in auto. »
