The well-equipped kitchen is located to the left of the entrance and boasts plenty of counter space, appliances, and everything else you may need to prepare a meal for your family. Make sure to stock up on groceries at nearby stores and surprise them with a tasty homemade meal. There is a full-size washer/dryer under the breakfast bar for convenience. If you decide to book Beach House 1204D, you'll be granted unlimited access to incredible shared amenities, including gas grills, an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, and a fitness center.

This prime location, mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect stay

This was an awesome place to stay. Had everything you need. Steps away from the beach. The beach chair service is a nice bonus! Will definitely be booking to stay again!

Great place!

This was the perfect location. Right on the beach and with a great beach view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and very helpful. If we return this is where we will try and stay.

Perfect for Conference next door

I stayed there for a conference held at the Embassy Suites across the street. This was my first stay on the beach for the conference rather than at the hotel itself and I will definitely be doing this again.

Great Location but disappointing

We have stayed at this property before but we were disappointed this year. It was dirty, falling apart, and just didn’t live up to our memories. There was blonde hair everywhere (we are all brunettes), sand everywhere, the coffee pot was MOLDY, no fitted sheets on the bed. That’s just a few of the issues. We won’t be staying here again which is a shame because the property is in the perfect location.

We stay at Beach House quite a bit. The property we visited in December is a property that I would not recommend or return to. The location is splendid with a balcony overlooking the beach. The D Building is great because it's away from the pool and is not overcrowded. The furniture was fine with a comfortable bed, we needed the reclining chair in the living room and a double and single bed in the second bedroom. However, I do not do bugs! I have never seen a live cockroach in any of the units over all the years that we have stayed at Beach House. I can no longer say that. I am glad it was on the last night of our stay or I would have called for an exterminator. I vacuumed when we arrived because the carpets didn't seem clean. We wiped down all surfaces and found crumbs on the kitchen table. There were only two dish towels and one washcloth for an eight night stay and two hand towels per bathroom. I called management to get more so we wouldn't be washing clothes every day of our vacation, which they did bring. The dishwasher didn't work properly, the refrigerator barely made ice - the appliances definitely need upgraded. The door frames were broken and there was a hole under the kitchen sink - hence that must be where the bugs came from. They originally gave us one parking pass but we had to request a second one - it is a two bedroom and we had two cars. I requested an early check in but was not made aware of availability of an early check in until two hours before our arrival. I would have left earlier if I had known. Trust me - there is nowhere like the beach; so sitting on the balcony having breakfast or working remotely with a beautiful view is heavenly. But there shouldn't be bugs or dirt when you pay a premium price.

We had great time !! We loved it the view!

Everything was great !! Bed and mattress needed to update pl . My back was killed when I can back . Appliances needed to be updated. All the rooms and bathrooms are clean also . This condo needs updated. Great stay .

Ideal location

The location was perfect. Short set of steps to the beach, the view was fantastic, and the condo was nice. My only 2 complaints are the mattress in the master bedroom was terribly uncomfortable and it seemed very old, also there was no hair dryer. I didn’t think to bring my own blow dryer because I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t have one, so I was highly disappointed when I was getting ready to go to dinner. Other than that, we would stay here again.

Beautiful location and good amenities

The condominiums are right on the beach and convenient to everything, although I do not recommend going during spring break! My one complaint is the lack of maid service and a paucity of towels. However, the amenities are excellent, and the views are breathtaking. If you like the Destin area, then this vacation rental property is exceptional.
