Kokomo is a beautiful ground-level condo located within the Seascape Resort, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of fun at the private beach and golf course. The condo is situated along the golf course and conveniently located across from one of the resort's pools and tennis courts. Guests of Seascape Resorts have access to a wide range of amenities and extras, including discounted rates for activities such as parasailing, kayaking, golf, and even access to Gold's Gym.
The condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for guests. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom can accommodate up to five guests with a full bunk bed and a rollaway trundle. Additionally, there is a pullout sofa bed in the living room area, comfortably accommodating two more guests. To enhance the comfort of the sofa bed, a 3-inch memory foam pad is provided. For families with little ones, a pack-n-play is available as well. In total, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests, plus a baby or toddler.
The hosts take pride in providing a high standard of comfort and luxury. Only 100% cotton linens and plush, hotel-grade towels are used to ensure a cozy experience. Ample bath and beach towels are provided, and additional items can be requested if needed.
The fully loaded kitchen is equipped with everything guests need for cooking and dining. Amenities such as beach chairs, towels, toys, coffee, creamer, cleaning supplies, paper products, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand and dish soap, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, laundry detergent, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, and a Swiffer sweeper are all provided. The goal is to make guests feel at home from the moment they step inside.

Seascape Resort is located on the beach on the East most side of Destin where it meets Miramar Beach. This stretch of beach is one of the most breathtaking on the Emerald Coast! Within the resort, guests will have access to pools, private beach access, a golf course, and tennis courts. Within a short drive you can venture out from the resort to experience all of the fun that this region has to offer!
A 5 minute drive takes you to Baytowne Wharf located along the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay, within the gates of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It features an array of boutiques, eateries, galleries, and nightlife. Be sure to check out their events calendar for your travel dates, as they often have a jam-packed schedule of outdoor festivals and events for the entire family!
For shopping and dining needs, Grande Boulevard has a plethora of shops and restaurants and Destin Commons has all of your favorite stores and eateries as well as a Whole Foods Market (for those that prefer it to the near-by Publix).
Also, take a short drive to the heart of old Destin and the Harborwalk Village adjacent to the picturesque Crab Island. Stroll along the boardwalk of Destin's famous fishing fleet to see the catch of the day come in!
Spend a day at the world famous Crab Island on the north side of Destin Bridge where pleasure boats gather everyday to enjoy the translucent, waist-high emerald green waters. This area is kid friendly! If you rent a pontoon, jet ski or kayak, you can join the party of floating restaurants and huge inflated playground.
For a good bargain you can visit Silver Sands Outlet Mall just down the street!
Be sure and check out Lulu's at the foot of the Mid-Bay Bridge. Lulu is Jimmy Buffet's sister, and she has created a veritable playground for children and adults alike. Southern fare at it's best! Huge Indoor/outdoor restaurant, large sandy area on the bay with rental SUPs and kayaks, seaplane rides, kids face painting and more!

Parking:
Up to TWO (2) parking passes will be provided. Replace the temporary pass received at the guard gate with the pass found in the unit. All vehicles must display a valid Seascape vehicle pass. Complete the pass with the unit number, dates, and license plate. Additional passes require a fee of $10 each. Your parking passes will be inside the condo.
Wristbands:
Wear wristbands for pool, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and any of the other activities offered at the resort. Ensure all wristbands are accounted for (total of 10) before departure. Leave broken wristbands in the unit. Missing wristbands will incur additional fees of $20 per wrist band.
Laundry:
The laundry facility is located right outside the front door of the condo to the right (under the stairs). The machines take quarters. We provide 4.00 in quarters to wash and dry your first load!
Pets:
Dogs are permitted, with a weight limit of 50 lbs and a maximum of one dog per reservation (unless prior exceptions were made). There is a $100 pet fee. Dogs must be leashed at ALL times when outside. All dogs must be at least 6 months old. If your pet sheds or has accidents, kindly ensure you clean up after them. Please use baggies to pick up pet waste and dispose of it properly in the outside bins. Any additional cleaning or replacement of linens required due to pets, including excessive shedding, will be charged to the guest.
Parking Boats & Trailers:
Boats, RVâs and Trailers are not allowed in the seascape parking lot; Nearby accommodations are available.
Booking:
The person booking and paying must be 25 years or older and a member of the staying group. Sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. Events or parties are not permitted.
**Please note that any substantial loss or removal of property will be charged to the guest through the Airbnb resolution center.
This is a ground floor unit and wheelchair accessible, so no stairs leading to the unit!
Please make sure to use the North gate when entering the resort, located along Highway 98. You will get a temporary pass from the gate guard and your parking passes with be inside the unit upon arrival.
1) No extra/unauthorized guests. Only the guests accounted for on the reservation may occupy the unit.
2) No smoking except for on the porch WITH THE SLIDING DOORS CLOSED.
3) No loud noise, especially after 10 PM.
4) No drugs, underage consumption of alcohol, or parties of any kind allowed.
5) No Pets. If you have a service animal or ESA (emotional support animal), thank you for being respectful of this rule by finding other accommodations, as the owner who stays periodically is allergic.
