I didnt like how i found crack pipes in ym drawer. I didnt liek how the windows were unsafe and no screens in them but opened wide . I didnt liek how the fridge was dirty and the covers an mattress were holy and smelled of pee. I didnt like how due to my handicap condition i had my brother and sister help brig my stuff up and they harassed them all the way to the elevator cus they said they policy says no one but renters allowed after 10, i did not read that in their policy. I have vdieos and documentation and they just didnt give a damn. Not a safe place for kids at all. its a hoe house and thats. the whole time i was checking in they kept asking what my room numebr was and harassing me.

I did not stay. Carpet and ceiling tiles were tore out on my floor with multiple fans running to dry it. Breakfast room was closed with plastic. Door did not latch. No tv remote. Room was filthy. I will be requesting a refund.

the property was dirty, they had holes in the ceiling and had fans to keep the ceiling dry. In the room the bed was dirty and there was holes in the ceiling. Also the window did not close. Overall a nasty hotel.

We wouldn't choose to stay here again as there was no free breakfast and we were supposed to get one there. Also, there was no coffee or tea in the room. This was also supposed to be a part of our room amenities. The TV in the room didn't work. We had to put down $50 in CASH (no card allowed). This was to make sure we respected the property, which was fine, but we shouldn't have had to pay cash.

The Brooklyn Center Nightmare
We had the worst hotel stay we have ever had. The couple next door to our first room was having what sounded like a domestic violence situation. The bathroom door in our first room was busted in. There was something we assume was orange juice staining the lampshade. We had no water come out of the tap when we tried to shower. We asked for a different room and when we checked it, there was a footlong rusted-out spot in the bathtub which was collecting water and made it seem inevitable the tub would eventually collapse into the room below. We finally were moved to a third room where the hair dryer did not work and we were told that was the case in most rooms. Finally, the “free breakfast” offered was a cafeteria tray with a choice of Twinkies and Ding-Dongs. We had stayed in Travelodge in other cities before that were fine, but this particular one is absolutely a place to avoid at all costs.

Not great in Brooklyn Center
Front desk guy was very nice, but he clearly was overwhelmed without any help. There were a few very off putting things about the place. One was the blatantly obvious comings and goings of female “escorts”. Another was the inability to enter any door with your room key other than the main one. Another was the shower head was useless for anyone over about 5’10”.

Unsafe, unclean & unbelievably unsatisfactory
At check-in, the computer system didn’t work. As a result, clerk photocopied my license and credit card without my knowledge or permission. When I noticed the photocopy and I asked for it back — because this practice is illegal — the clerk said that wouldn’t be possible. Despite sign saying that only guests who scan in with room key are permitted entry, the front door was propped open. There was rarely anyone at the desk to track who entered. The room we received was dirty (there was blood and clumps of hair on the floor). The door was partially off its hinges and wouldn’t close properly. There was no phone, TV, refrigerator or towels. I went down and told the clerk of the issues; we were moved to a different room — the next night. The hotel also says it offers free breakfast; it’s coffee, tea and two types of Little Debbie snack cakes.

It was ok. It was comfortable and clean enough and not loud. My only complaint was that it said it included breakfast, which was nothing more than juice, coffee, and donut packages I could find at the dollar store

Walked in and it smells like weed and they said the property was updated and I had a smoking room that was in poor condition and when I opened the microwave there was other peoples food in there from before the floor was sticky but it was a roof over my head won’t recommend and stay somewhere else the only good thing was that the staff were friendly

I’ll make it short, get there, nobody at reception for 10 min, then receptionist comes cause phone rings, another receptionist to help us, the other on phone keeps apologizing, finally we get our key, a couple is waiting for elev. then starts to laugh saying “mouse jumping like he una zoo” cussing, get to our room, not clean, called front desk and same guy that was on phone before, apologizing and asking us to come back down and will get a diff. room, get another receptionist walking us to new room, he opens it and says “it’s a storage” go back to front desk, other guy says oh yea it’s the other room, get to our room, ceiling is half peeled, carpet hideous, missing iron, no hdmi for tv, 10 min later the guy says I have ur tv cable, as we go to sleep we hear a the creaking noise from floor above, really loud Do ur self a favor, spend the extra $10 and go somewhere else, save ur self and ur spouse a grapple Will never stay here again

My brother is/was loyal to the Wyndham brand, so I booked him here for a special weekend. He said it was the worst lodging experience he ever had - from guest service to quality/cleanliness of room. He did try to discuss with the Front Desk, but they were not accomadating in any way.

Staff was very helpful when tapped for information or services. The cost was excellent, and the noise level is very acceptable. There were a couple of unexpected errors that I felt shouldn't affect the rating because they truly were extremely rare and out of the ordinary.

Was greeted with lots of sass when we were checking in and just being rude by the front desk. The room had tons of holes in the walls that were badly filled in with a putty. No room service came to clean while we were out all day and the door to our room wouldn’t open or shut unless you put your full weight into it and kicked.

Room was extremely dated. Only cool water in shower but was fixed as soon as maintenance person arrived. In the mean time staff furnished us a key to next door room where there was hot water. That room was not as dated. Staff shorthanded but more than willing to help.

Will not choose this hotel again. No room service in our two night stay. Burn holes in bedding, dirty tub and floor. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The “to-go” breakfast included was a 3-pack of mini donuts and a coffee. And the front desk staff was busy smoking cigarettes out front in a desk chair. Also can’t forget that the TV didn’t work properly.
