Guests may use the entire home, 3-car garage, and yard. For security reasons, garage codes are not provided. Three separate garage clickers may be used throughout your stay. Access to the studio apartment is through a locked divider door in the garage. Code for the lockbox will be included in your check-in instructions. One closet is locked in basement for cleaning team.

Our home is located in a quiet, peaceful, residential neighborhood and we have a great relationship with our neighbors. If you intend to host any sort of gatherings, or invite anyone to our home who is not included in your reservation number, please make us aware of your plans. We do not allow events or parties of any kind. We have security cameras at the entrances to the home and will not hesitate to cancel your reservation if you violate this policy. Any calls from the neighbors about disturbances, unruly parties, or excessive noise levels will also lead to calling local authorities and immediate cancellation of your reservation.
