There were no vending machines or coffee. The room was not clean. The bottom of the door was falling apart. And the towels were so small you they were more like hand towels.

Initial roomed checked into had major issues?? Lights didn’t work, no cable connection, ice machine broken, no fridge, no microwave & bedding looked unclean? I phoned the front desk & the desk clerk sympathized with my complaint & made the effort of checking me into another room!! Second room as adequate for the evening? I will not stay again at this hotel…Ever!!!

I liked that the staff was extremely nice and helpful and always available. i liked that parking was easy and that i could have my two cats with no issues. The tv didn't work well at all but wasn't a big issue for me this particular trip. pricing was excellent especially as i didn't incur extra charge for my pets.

The room we got had a zip lock bag taped over the smoke detector, the toilet seat was loose, the lights didnt work, the sheets were dirty and the shower head has masking tape holding it together. They did move me to a new room, but that was the only good thing about my stay.

The motel looked great online but after checking in heard noise until 4-5 am screening yelling. A lot of drug addicts not a safe place my car had it window broken in and motel told us it’s not their fault. 2 double bed comes with 1 towel when it’s a room for 4 but should be a set for 2 at least. They tell you to walk to laundry room to collect than delivering to your room. Paid $126 CAD wouldn’t pay $50 CAD. It’s a dirty place. They just want your money. Don’t come here use another motel or hotel.

First room key card didn't work. Had it reprogrammed 3 times. Finally moved to a different room. Key card worked. Went to MOA, came back and key card again didn't work. Reprogrammed again and same thing. Moved us to a different room again. Toilet seat tried to kill us. Light above the sink didn't work. Next morning went down to see if we could be compensated in some way and they said we paid through Expedia in which we didn't had to tell him the correct room. Then he said he had to talk to the manager. When we got back manager wasn't there. Went to our room. Next door neighbor kept beating up his girlfriend and the other neighbor was pounding the door for him to stop. Happened three different times. Finally we called the cops. They came out and talked to them. Denied everything. Do not recommend and will not stay at a Motel 6 ever again.

A long check in process. Hotel wanted a driving licence and didn't undertstand a UK driving licence. Had to pay a $75 deposit which was not mentioned in the expedia details. Small room was very basic, needs modernisation.

Very scary
We did not stay. The person in front of us checked out and demanded a refund after seeing his room. It was very run down and dirty outside. Looks like people use it as an extended stay. The people hanging around outside looked strung out.

Worst hotel In Minnesota
This was the WORST hotel I have ever been in. It was FILTHY! The front desk guy didn’t care . He was totally unhelpful. I spoke to several people that live at this hotel and they said that’s how he is all the time. He offered no suggestions when asked about the broken ice machine or cleanliness issues.

CAUTION!! DO NOT STAY HERE! (Especially if you have kids) This was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I’ve travelled lots!! I did not feel safe here. It doubles as long-term housing and the floor I was on was ruled by the locals. Kids running up and down the halls and stairs at all hours (which you can excuse, kids need space and the rooms are small), LOTS of people smoking in the hallways and areas around the rooms …right outside your door and AC intake (property littered with cigarette butts), a couple fighting ALL night long. Had to call the front desk 6 times, and it was not resolved. Couldn’t even get a good night sleep on what felt like an air mattress because of all the noise. If I felt safe enough to leave my room, I would have driven somewhere else and slept in my car. One plus: friendly staff, but they can only do so much.

The room was clean but smelled of smoke. They changed my room but it was the same. Noise was coming from the room beside me. The exterior was unkempt and looked rundown. I did not feel safe so I stayed for only one night instead of three. They need to close this property.

Floor had not been cleaned, no safety closures inside the door, holes where the latch should have been - you could look outside. Had to ask for towels 2 times.Worst room I have ever stayed in. One positive, the parking lot was well lit at night.

The room was clean inside but the property overall was dirty, stairs were rusted. There were police cars in the parking lot several times. Guests were hanging outside their rooms smoking and drinking so we had to keep our curtains closed all the time. The tv service was poor, very glitchy, hard to watch even one complete show. Room keys had to be re programmed almost every day- they stopped working daily.

good thing i was tired
the shower is not comfortable for large people (5'10" 275lbs); you will complete the shower, but a regular tub shower works much better. they say nonsmoking, but why all the burn marks? again, very functional, but I expected more. a good thing is the a/c worked well. people hanging around will give you concern, and the pool was gross. the agent who checked me in needs to master the English language but appeared to be a nice guy.
