We are aware our front desk staff assisted you in moving to a different room as well as bringing extra lamps to your new guestroom to try addressing this issue, and we regret it was still darker than you preferred. Similarly, we are aware our front desk staff assisted in getting your preferred porcelain coffee cups and plates rather than any of the disposable items provided in the guestrooms.
