We take your feedback seriously and want to address each of your concerns to improve future guest experiences.Unruly guests and slamming doors after 9 pm disrupted your peace and quiet. We apologize for this and will be reminding all staff to strictly enforce our quiet hours policy during this time. Additionally, we will investigate the source of the noise near the pool door and take appropriate action to ensure a restful environment for all guests.The language barrier with housekeeping presented a communication hurdle. We understand the frustration this caused. It's important for guests to be able to communicate effectively with our staff. We will be providing additional English language training for our housekeeping staff. We are also exploring alternative solutions, such as supplying housekeeping with visual communication aids, to bridge the language gap and ensure clear communication regardless of language.A noisy metal bed frame and missing safety bars in the bathtub are inconvenient and pose safety hazards. We will be scheduling maintenance to address the noisy bed frame and ensure all bathtubs have the proper safety bars installed.While we strive to employ a multilingual staff, we recognize the importance of clear communication across languages. We are committed to finding a solution to ensure all guests feel comfortable requesting services from housekeeping.Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
