This mann @ the desk told me hes NOT giving me a dime back after My family and i couldn’t shower for an entire day due to old dirty water coming up through the floor in our shower and flooding it. He came to the room and checked it and saw it too @ that. Smh. Disgusting, terrible experience with the hotel and front desk staff. 5 stars to the chef for his encouraging words about the situation and our breakfast atleast…

We were very happy with our stay. Remodeled room was nicely done. Breakfast had many options to get you going. The parking lot and yard could use a little garbage pick up. Would stay there again.

The good: The woman who checked us in was wonderful. Went way beyond good customer service. Our room was clean and newly remodeled and large. They opened breakfast early for us because our large group had to be out of the hotel when breakfast was suppose to start. Nice restaurants nearby and close to the highway. The not so good: In our hallway, a guest checked into her room and there was other people’s stuff in the room. Made me a little concerned that when we left the room, someone else might be accidentally checked in to our room. The hotel seemed near full and the other guests were noisy. I would not have been happy if I had young kids with me that I was trying to get to sleep. Building is under construction so elevator had plywood for walls with a sign on the front that said something like : “Not for guest use” but was often the elevator that came when you pushed the button. A little bit of loud highway/car noise around 11 pm.

I did not like the beds were too hard, the furniture also was very hard to sit on, the toilets were too low to the ground and the workout room just wreaked of some kind of chemical that is in the hallways and I have a sleep in my window open just to breathe never again at the place I stayed in. But the free breakfast smells good didn't have time to have any.

Front desk staff was great but only one person on staff. None of the rooms had adequate bedding. With everything in the middle of renovations, it was unsafe and torn apart. We did not get a room we requested. Upgrade was not better.

First this place is under construction. NO WHERE did it say it was being renovated. I would have never booked a room here. The lobby smelled like smoke and was a mess. The female workers at the check in had loud music on and were very loudly laughing and talking. They checked us in and we went to the room. Th toilet seat had dried urine all over it. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty. There was dry wall dust over everything. Didnt say anything, because they could care less by how they acted during check in. Beds ok. Floor ok. Thermostat was broken. At 7AM very loud music was being played outside and down the hall. Workers were yelling down the hallway at each other WTH!! So rude, ignorant. They could careless of guests who checked in late last night. Breakfast was typical and eggs were cool and overcooked. Never would I ever stay here again. If this wasn't a no refund on hotels.com, we would have left and stayed elsewhere. I feel we were cheated and misled. Nowhere did it say they were under construction. Could not wait to leave.

Overall stay was comfortable besides the remodeling going on up on 3rd floor. Nice staff , very friendly, acknowledged us everytime we crossed paths . The free breakfast was tasteful. The only downfall was the sink in the bathroom to forever to drain out and there wasn’t a tv guide in the room or on the tv to know what channels were available to watch. Comfortable bed made a good nights sleep very pleasant

Their were renovations happening but place was ultimately clean and nice. Staff was very nice. The only problem we had was there seemed to be a shortage of towels.
