The people above us were stomping around the room at 1:00. The bathroom door knob was broken before arrival, and was charged a fee for a security deposit haven’t received it back and I even took all my trash and kept the room tidy

At check-in made us pay a security deposit for the room and said he does that for every customer and that I would be refunded upon checkout. Went back down to the desk because my pool access card was not working. Another customer comes and checks in and does not ask him for a security deposit. Rooms were dirty neighbors were loud and yelling all night we ordered delivery because we did not feel safe to leave our room. And never got my deposit back

Asked for an extra towel to use as hair wrap, was denied because a dirty towel was needed for exchange. Had to explain to front counter that towel was extra not replacement. Told would be extra charge if not all 4 towels were not found when checking out. Needed an extra set of sheets, request denied. Hotel didn't have any extra. Ironing board cover needed replacement. Shower head sprayed everywhere. Needed replacement. basic necessities. Nothing extravagant and customer service, nothing special also.

The property is well maintained and very clean. It's an older hotel , but they have put a shiny new look and paint on it. The bed is very comfortable with white sheets , a cozy quilt with very soft expensive pillows . I slept very well. It's right by a 4 lane , but the brick and block make it great for sleeping. Black out curtains are in every room. They have designer Dove cucumber soap , shampoo and conditioner , which ( cucumber) is my favorite. The towels are crisp and clean. They have maid service daily if needed. If you run out of something you can ask. The breakfast daily is bagels and cream cheese or peanut butter. Toast with butter or peanut butter. 2 different kinds of brand name cereal with milk. Fluffy scrambled eggs , ham slices , orange or apple juice , decaf coffee or regular , regular coffee all day with creamers and or Splenda. They also have crisp red apples ! The breakfast is fabulous! The owners and workers are very nice , polite and accommodating. Overall it was a great stay ( 1 week ) at an affordable price. Don't change anything ! Sincerely , Denise

Great property, staff is frustrating
We booked a suite which is nicer than we would normally travel. A few days before our trip, we extended the stay out an additional day and called to clear this with the front desk to ensure we could have the same room twice. We didn’t encounter any issues at check-in, but on our second day we got several calls from the front desk that we needed to come down and re-file our card. This was at 11am, so much for staying another night to sleep in! Our second night was also uneventful, but our last morning we ran into another issue with the front desk. Again communicated in advance, we were told we could check out late at 1230-1, at our convenience. 1100 sharp the manager was banging on our door telling us to leave immediately or we would be charged for a second night in full. I protested that we had already used the late checkout that comes with Diamond status, and she said we had to be out by 1130, or again, we would be charged a full night. Great property, not so great (female) desk agent.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a little bare and they didnt have real insulated ice buckets. We had to ask for one and they dug around in a closet for a square plastic thing, and then gave us a random plastic liner with a hole in it.
