Everything was absolutely wonderful! We checked in Saturday, I requested an early check in for noon, but bad weather delayed that, we did arrive around 1:30ish pm and the lady explained they were fully booked night b4 so our room was not ready... my Mom had a discreet accident and when i explained my Mom needed to shower b4 the 3pm show we had tickets for (we drove 6.5 hours) at the levoy theatre, she promptly got housekeeping to ready a room for us. Absolutely lovely lady! Thank you for your prompt attention and caring demeanor... it meant the world to us. My Mom had the best time at the show, and you made sure she wasn't embarrassed! Thank you 😊

Room was clean, great staff. The only minor nitpicks I have would have is that you can't close the drapes all the way to block out the outside lights, and the mattress was a bit hard for my back. Otherwise, great stay.

Always let the desk know if something like this occurs. We will get an ETA for you. Generally it never takes more than a couple hours to balance. I am very sorry for your experience. Upon checking no front worker. Waited about 5 minutes for her to check us in. Then we go to our room and they need people that can do a better job in cleaning. Then we change to go to the hot tub well there is none. Closed permanently told by employee. Pool was disgusting went in and there was someone spit mucus floating and bottom was brown. Went told the front girl and she said to me we have someone clean it every 2 hours and she forgot that she said to me earlier when I said I'm going in the pool she said no one had been in it so how can there be mucus floating that means no one cleaned it. So i try to call my booking agent and they called hotel but they denied a refund even though they are false advertising on their amenities. No one took responsibility.

I tell you, it’s hard to find a more beautiful setting for a Fairfield and I’ve been to many. It is surrounded by lush forests, ornamental grasses, flowering trees etc etc. One never imagines this beautiful building sits quietly and so privately in the middle of this oasis!!

Disappointed with this hotel
I appreciate the good customer service from the staff which was amazing. I felt like the room could have been cleaned a little better. There were spider webs underneath the lamp shade and behind the table. During the daytime you could see the spider webs on the outside of the window which was very dirty. At night time was even worse. The breakfast was kinda cold especially the sausages and I arrived around 6:20 am. The question is would I return again?. Absolutely not !!

Dear Deshonta,I am so very sorry that their were some spider webs on the 3rd floor outside of building. Our property is 4 stories high and we are on a heavily wooded lot. We have a professional company come in every quarter however we cannot get above 1 1/2 stories to clean the windows or building. This will be completed by September. Again my apologies. I appreciate your review and will address the breakfast team on Monday regarding your points. Our breakfast/ maintenance and housekeeping scores run well above Marriott brand average. I pretty much agree with you my front desk team is the best. Thank you for staying with us!

What it’s worth
I stayed at this hotel which is put away and looks nice from the outside. The room was very old though and furniture was motel styled. The room smelled musty. We could hear the guest above us the entire stay. After the stay I was charged a housekeeping charge because as the manager explained the room was so dirty that it required more supplies as that is what my charge said. I was never given terms for what there standard of clean was and when I advised that I would like to exchange evidence the manager k love was very rude and lied said she send the evidence confirmed my email and never did so to me the managers respect and integrity says a lot about the company and if that’s who they chose to hire for that reason alone will the entire team eventually reflect as that is their lead. I never received terms or agreed to a supplying of products. A freshly cleaned rug as the manager said yet I have before and after picture I could not provide. They could do with a replacement or training on empathy and communication and a few upgrades. Otherwise if you have a bigger family it’s the closest for fit in the area. I put a card on file for is incidental and damages which neither occurred not cleaning did.

Dear Bonnie,Hi, my name is Carissa Kania. I am the DOS/Sales Manager on property. I am glad you responded to the survey request as I had wanted to reach out to you after the front desk team let me know what you found.Of course the moment they let me know I immediately had all housekeepers and houseman staff inspecting every room, hall, closet, office, crevice and crack. I had the exterminator out here after hours ( I didnt care about the cost) Although we have NEVER had a problem with those nasty, little pests- People traveling can absolutely carry something like that in a suitcase, box, bag, etc. Just 1 pregnant insect can start an infestation. ( also the reason why Marriott requires in house laundry of all linens- it is always a bigger expense than send out rental service however services like that are almost a guarantee to contract all sorts of insects & disease) ( Marriott trains us on what to look for with common insects and procedures to keep them away from our properties) I wanted to make sure it stayed that way. ( we do take every precaution with monthly exterminator visits, cleanliness & housekeeping procedures & inspections as well as training) My staff/team could not find any evidence or actual insect however our amazing exterminator found evidence out back by the dumpster around the wooded lot of the Pennsylvania Flying Wood roach. These insects come from the woods. As you seen we are surrounded by trees & wooded lots. They do not infest buildings. They are not caused by not cleaning or treating a commercial building. However randomly due to the fact they do fly, can land on someone and be carried into any building. I had the inside & outside treated anyway as a pre caution. I am very sorry this happened to you as it was very random. Please accept my deepest apologies and I appreciate you letting us know. Please see below:Health Risks of Pennsylvania Wood CockroachesUnlike American cockroaches, Pennsylvania wood cockroaches aren’t considered harmful household pests because they rarely enter houses or buildings due to their typically dry climates. They don’t infest food or clothes and don’t harm you or your house. They don’t carry diseases, either. Pennsylvania wood cockroach indoor life span is temporary, as the roaches can’t survive in dry environments for long.Pennsylvania wood cockroaches don’t bite or sting humans. They do not multiply rapidly or infest homes or building. They prefer the woods. Being they fly short spans. They can be carried into a home or building on rare occasions.

The folks at the front desk were wonderfully kind and helpful. But there was a broken light in my room that never got fixed and the internet was frustratingly unstable. The place could do with an update; it's very clean but feels kind of shabby.

Dear Lisa,We recently had a complete renovation March 2021 with a complete upgrade to our internet and cable systems. I am very sorry that you had a burned out light bulb during your stay. I did a little research and I do not see a service request for a light bulb until after your check out during a general housekeeping inspection. If you let us know and it was not addressed I will bring this up during our next morning meeting. I am again unsure what happened with your internet connection. I am going to go up to 328 and test my lap top and phone to try and figure out what was happening. Again i absolutely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and I appreciate you letting us know. I can only fix issues that are brought to my attention. This is why surveys are extremely important..Thank you.

The property was great. Check in was awesome. The only issue was the bathroom shower. It seems that the faucet was loosely fit from the wall and when I took a shower (and possibly this could be from the pressure), it gave a high pitch squelch while the water was running so I took a quick shower because I couldn't take the high pitch noise. Other than that, the stay was good
