We do have staff available on property 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist and would have made things right for you had they had the chance. We are pleased to hear your recent three night stay with us went was a 10 out of 10. Since taking over Management of the property we have been investigating several potential odor sources. Our initial thought was the humidity from the pool and the prior owner not using the exhaust fan properly in the summer months. We have identified three areas of concern and have already started the process of correcting them. Yes, covering the pool with the large solar blanket will reduce moisture and keep the Heat in the pool, something we regularly do at properties, the challenge is once it is rolled up for daytime use the trapped water has been a portion of the odor concern. Again, thank you for the constructive feedback. As we continue with improvements we will definitely be covering the pool and new hot tub more often.
