« This house was immaculate and we loved the location & neighborhood! In that it was right next to "Jump Off Rock" our morning walks were lovely & peaceful. Ideally located to meet our needs in that family members live close by. We look forward to staying here again in the future. »

There’s two separate loving and dining areas to enjoy. We saw the resident black bear and enjoyed how close this was to various Asheville spots. Would definitely stay here again. »

« This property allowed us to enjoy a mountain retreat while giving easy access to all the Asheville activities. Quick access to the mountain to sea trail and Blue Ridge Parkway provided plenty of hiking opportunities. The house was accurately described and the hot tub is a nice bonus. Please pay attention to the owners notes about bears and trash. We were lucky enough to see 4 bears at the property. Very cute, but be aware. We would definitely book this rental again. »

« Enjoyed ours stay. Host’s book with recommendations for activities and restaurants was helpful. Great location to explore in or out of Asheville. Treat was watching mama black bear and two small cubs meandering in clearing of back yard. »

The home was perfectly equipped with quality items. The outdoor garbage was full however. And I could not locate any laundry soap for starting a load upon checkout. »

« Beautiful property that makes you appreciate nature and a slow pace, all while meeting one’s needs for peace! Love this place! If you stay, you will meet Hook & Buddy the local snappers. You will hear the crow cry, the rooster welcome the morning, coyotes yip, and the mesmerizing sound of water. You may see a bear, bears, turkey, rabbits, and definitely fish…who will follow you…and beg for food. (They like Purina. Just saying.) Play a board game. How refreshing?! Eat at EVG. Baklava is a must...

« This is a great house! Thank you for the stay. The host was easy to work with and the property is perfect for family or friends. We had a friend reunion (all 40+) so the 6 bedrooms was a big bonus for us. The location is incredible! If you want to spend time in downtown you need to be close like this. Getting Ubers was so easy to all the breweries, airport and hiking/tubing activities. The elevation of the home offered a nice cool temp upon returning from downtown. Highly recommend this...
