DIRECT PLAGE Propriété Sur Long Island Sound

Cette maison de plage est directement sur le détroit de Long Island, et a deux porches pour s'asseoir et entendre les vagues. En entrant dans la maison, vous verrez une cuisine ouverte qui donne directement sur la table de la cuisine et un salon qui vous mène ensuite directement sur le porche en face de la plage. Le porche du rez-de-chaussée comporte deux marches pour pouvoir accéder facilement à la plage qui se trouve juste devant vous. A l'étage, vous avez 3 chambres. La chambre King a son propre porche qui surplombe l’eau et sa propre salle de bain qui a été rénovée. Cette chambre dispose également d'un lit de repos dans la chambre. Les 2 chambres à l'arrière ont leur propre salle de bain complète. Une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux est une chambre d’enfant et l’autre chambre avec un lit queen et un lit simple à utiliser. Ces deux chambres ont leur propre climatisation si nécessaire. Il ya deux porches qui sont directement confrontés à Long Island Sound. La maison a un grand stationnement hors rue, et est mis en place pour profiter de vacances à la plage. La plage est littéralement à 10 pieds de distance de la véranda au 1er étage. La maison a une sensation très détendue et a tout ce dont vous auriez besoin. De kayaks, jouets, chaises de plage, etc. Milford a beaucoup de shopping en famille! Nous avons un Whole Foods, Trader Joe's et Costco, tous situés à moins de 5 km de la plage. En haut de la route à environ ½ mile est un magasin Save A Lot and Wine.

Wonderful beach vacation
Very comfortable home. Perfect for our grown family. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the beach and water views right outside the back steps. We set up our umbrellas and chairs, had fun using the kyack and paddle board. It was a wonderful and relaxing time together! Looking forward to it again next year.

Great Summer Vaca Spot
We had a wonderful time on the beach, in the ocean and just relaxing in the house. There were nice restaurants in the area to try and some fun day trips to take with the kids. We'd go back!

We stayed with our family which included my father 93, my daughter & our 2 grandsons ages 2 &4. It was a delight to be directly on the waterfront where we were just steps from the sand and water. And at low tide nice sandbars and flats where children could walk out safely. Best of all for my father was the wonderful porch where he could watch all the activities from. Important to note that only two window AC in back bedrooms. Front bedroom and downstairs not AC at all

Just what we needed
We enjoyed our week at the beach and this property was just what we needed. We had 2 families, along with 2 children under 2 and one 4 yr old. We were able to gather in the living room, on the deck, at the beach, as well as meals at the dining room table. We had a wonderful time during the day on the beach, in the evenings watching the sailboats on the water, and sleeping listening to the lapping water. Our daughter’s family was very comfortable in the air conditioned bedrooms.

The views are amazing! You're right on the water.
As soon as we walked in and saw out the dual sliding doors, our jaws dropped. The water was right there! Wonderful house and amazing view, and was exactly what we were hoping for, to get some much needed R&R.

Simple beach fun
Had a great time at the beach with family and friends. The sound was calm enough for little ones. House came with excellent paddle boards and kayaks to use in the water. Communication with the owner was easy and expectations were clear.

Smooth process from the very start to the very end. Very responsive owner. The place easily accommodated 6 adults who stayed overnight and 2 additional adults during the day plus a 14 year old dog. We enjoyed breakfast coffee on the deck then a morning walk on the beach. From inside the house, it felt like you were on a cruise ship because all you can see is water. We had a great stay.

Great beach vacation!!
Amazing house DIRECTLY on beach. When you look out the sliders of the master or the living room you feel like you are on a cruise ship. House was well stocked with beach/bath/kitchen linens. Roomy inside for rainy days or just to take a break from the heat (we have a 1 and 5 yr old). Room for 3 cars in driveway (we fit Honda Pilot, Buick Enclave, and Honda Odyssey) when we had guests over one day. Minor things-had to fill one propane tank and ran out of toilet paper(3 bathrooms-2 had partial rolls and 3rd downstairs ran out after first couple of days.). The beach is very rocky and had to run to store for water shoes. All in all great property-great vacation. Brad owner was very easy to work with. Would recommend property.

Loved it.
The house is very comfortable and you can’t beat the location! The sound of the waves is so soothing. Exposed sandbars during low tide were a big hit with the kids. Brad, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. He answered all questions before I could even ask! Great place to vacation!

Safe and relaxing
We had a great time! The beach was perfect for young kids - no worries there! There were a couple of maintenance/housekeeping concerns ie. Light bulbs missing, AC wasn’t put in the upstairs windows, deck chairs were quite worn and getting rusty. Admittedly close to neighbors but I think the week we were there was perfect - there were very few people around. Nothing that would prevent us from coming back! In fact, pretty sure we will!

Perfect family vacation!
We took a week long vacation with two families with two toddlers and our dog to this wonderful beach house. The house was right on the beach and equipped with lots of beach toys, chairs and kayaks. The porch was a wonderful place to hangout during the day and night to relax and listen to the waves. We will definitely be back!

Can't Beat the view and the location!
Our view of the water at high tide felt like we were looking out from the deck of a cruise ship. We are easy to please when it comes to accommodations but the house had charm and all the conveniences. Three full baths made it comfortable for overnight guests and everything was in working order. The owner is nearby and willing to help if needed. Our main focus was looking for a house to enjoy the outside while being close to activities. The beach has a great low tide with plenty of sandbars. Lots of shells and hidden treasures for the kids to play with. It also was in ear shot of stores and things to do on a rainy day.

Sounds and Sights of the Beach
We thoroughly enjoyed the nearness to the beach and friendly neighborhood. The sounds of the waves were always so relaxing, which we could enjoy on both the lower and upper deck. These decks have comfortable outdoor seating. Inside the home, the beach themed home decor further immersed us with being at the beach.
