The Space:

Located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator, the apartment is bright, welcoming and filled with natural light.

The living and sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed, sofa and TV, with direct access to the balcony. Thanks to its elevated position and large windows, the apartment feels pleasantly open and enjoys views over the surrounding neighbourhood and greenery.



The separate kitchen includes a dining area and is equipped for everyday cooking, with a hob, oven, refrigerator and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare breakfast or meals at home.

The bathroom is complete with a bathtub and shower.

One of the apartment’s most enjoyable features is the private balcony, a pleasant outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the open view.

The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and Wi-Fi is available throughout.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a pleasant residential area of Milan, offering a good balance between local neighbourhood life and easy access to the city centre.



The surrounding streets offer everyday services such as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and local shops, all within convenient walking distance.



The area is well served by public transport, making it easy to reach Milan’s main attractions, shopping districts and business areas while staying in a quieter, more residential setting.



Getting Around:

The apartment is well connected to the rest of Milan by both metro and surface public transport.



Several metro lines can be conveniently reached from the area, while tram and bus stops are located approximately 250 metres from the apartment, making it easy to travel around the city without a car.



Milan city centre, the main railway stations and major points of interest can all be reached comfortably by public transport.



For guests arriving by car, street parking is available in the surrounding area, mainly in paid blue-line spaces. Parking rules, operating hours and rates may vary, so we recommend always checking the local signs before leaving your vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Early or late check-in, late check-out, and extra sets of linen or towels may incur a small additional fee payable upon arrival. Pets are not allowed. In compliance with Italian law, all guests must complete digital registration with a valid ID before check-in. The apartment and building are non-smoking, and we kindly ask guests to respect the quiet residential setting. Recycling guidelines for the city of Milan will be provided upon arrival.
