The house is a cozy studio apartment consisting of a large modern and fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the kitchen area there is an island where you can have meals or work on the PC. The living area with sofa turns into a sleeping area if necessary, by opening the comfortable double sofa bed, next to a large mirrored wardrobe for your personal effects. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with shower and washing machine.

There is a flat screen TV and WiFi in the apartment.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
