Guests are welcomed into the corridor, decorated with a green and white vintage motif and showcasing dark parquet flooring. From the corridor you reach the spacious day area with open-plan kitchen: the living room features the same green decorations of the corridor and comes with a cozy sofa and dining table. A balcony completes the room and offers ample city views.

The fully-fitted kitchen has all the most useful appliances, which make it perfect for both short and long term stays. The functional bathroom has black and white vintage decorations and comes with toilet, basin and spacious shower stall.



Bedrooms

The night area has two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed: the first bedroom is bright and joyful, with dark vintage furniture, mirror and wardrobe; the second bedroom is airy, peaceful and provided with closet (with mirror).

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



1. SELF CHECK-IN: FREE

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



RULES TO BE OBSERVED



-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
