Appartement bien situé et fonctionnel. Accueil correct. Bémol, un seul jeu de clés disponible alors que nous étions 4.On nous a dit qu'elles étaient trop chères à dupliquer ....donc pas très pratique pour se déplacer séparément à cause de ça.

L'hôte c’est très bien occupé de nous, ils nous a permis de laisser nos bagages à l´accueil pour pouvoir commencer les visites confortablement en attendant le check in. Pareil pour le check out en attendant d’aller à l´aeroport. Établissement très propre, et hôte disponible et réactif. Je recommande très fort les appartements de Heart Milan !

Super accueille nous sommes arrivée sur un vol du matin nous avons déposé nos valises à l’agence puis récupérer les clés à 11h. Au départ en vol du soir ils ont gardé nos valises jusqu’à 18h. Gentillesse et accueil !

Plûtot satisfait
L'appartement était propre (sauf le micro ondes), bien situé à proximité de la gare centrale donc appréciable pour prendre le métro pour se rendre au centre ; une incompréhension demeure par rapport au parking pour la voiture : pour nous il y avait un parking compris dans le prix de la réservation de l'appartement mais on nous a proposé qu'un garage payant au tarif de 15 €/jour.

Agréable pied à terre pour visiter Milan
Tout était bien: Accueil très agréable, appartement récent, bien aménagé et bien équipé, et doté des quelques ingrédients pour petit déjeuner qui facilitent la vie quand on arrive. Il bénéficie d'un garage pour la voiture, ce qui est très appréciable. Il y a des commerces et des restaurants de quartier à proximité. Le métro est proche et permet de se rendre au centre rapidement. Seul tout petit "bémol", la description d'un "balcon avec vue sur les toits de la ville" ne correspond pas vraiment à la réalité.

Fist of all the bed was sunken, second of all the entire toilet bowl was moving, which it is very dangerous to seat in it as I fear that the toilet will break, but also the cleaning lady was very rude to me as I went outside, as I don’t speak Italian, she yelled at me in Italian,even she shout to me when I was trying to dump my trash she rudely yelled “can you dump the trash” or some variation of rude comments. I will not come back here ever again and I will tell all of my friends never to book this hotel ever again for my entire life

The property was tidy with very clean comfortable beds and bathrooms. Towels were changed every 2nd day and the host communication was excellent. There are grocery stores and restaurants within 50m of the property and the public transport is very good and regular. The only reason I gave an overall 4* rating is that cosmetically the property could do with a fresh coat of paint and some 'snagging' work, but this is minor and really did not detract from an enjoyable stay. I would stay here again

The apartment itself was good. Lots of space. The beds were OK, but not great. 10 min walk to the Centrale Station. The neighborhood isn't great. There are no dining or entertainment options. Lots of graffiti and the smell of urine on the street.

Property area feels safe - you will feel safe to sleep with your family/kids. You can leave your things in the apartment/room SAFE. It’s very close to Milano Centrale- that means trains/bus taxi is easily accessible- Malpensa AirPort Express train direct train in less than hour. Place is just 15 steps away from Metro train - Isola station. 10 minutes to Duomo/ Milan cathedral. Place provided welcome water, coffee maker, microwave and a huge fridge. Everything in this place is newly built and fully furnished, very clean- spotless. Towels and bed sheets are new. Bed very comfortable even the sofa bed. Bathroom is almost Hotel sized. There is a strong flush to the toilet; the shower is excellent, the heater and air-con new /quiet. They even give you a Map of Milan to help you navigate on your vacation. Very strong wifi that 4 persons can even stream movies all at same time, no problem. Very tech savvy with the codes and video on how to access the place. Communication/chat with property staff is excellent. Would recommend highly with family

Vi var ett gäng om 4 tjejer som reste. Vi hade sköna sängar och riktigt bra med två badrum. Det var rent och fräscht i alla utrymmen. Sen är ju standarden på badrum inte vad man är van vid men helt funktionellt och passade oss. Läget är riktigt bra om man vill upptäcka Milano. Utanför boendet fanns metro, buss mm. Härlig lägenhet.

The room is really compact. It is very well located to the train station. It was clean but could use some maintenance. The air conditioner looks like it has been leaking water for some time so we did not use it.
