The location is excellent, all the main services are within easy reach and just 400m from the house is il Gattopardo, a venue of Milanese nightlife.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, coffee table and split A/C;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, wine glasses and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, bathtub with hydromassage and internal shower separated from the living room by a blue glass that opens the spaces with the light on or gives more privacy with the light off (3 steps to access);

- BATHROOM with sink, bidet, WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, independent heating with thermostat, air conditioning via hot and cold split A/C, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hangers.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The location of the apartment is ideal for visiting the city and the fairs on foot, with a walk, or with the many means of public transport.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express train to the Milano Porta Garibaldi station, from here take the M5 (Lilac Line) and get off at the Gerusalemme stop, a 4-minute walk from the accommodation;

- From Central Station you can reach the apartment with the M2 (Green Line) getting off at Garibaldi FS, from here take the M5 (Lilac Line) to the Gerusalemme stop, a 4-minute walk from the accommodation;

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; However, it is possible to park for a fee at the Garage Poliziano, a 2-minute walk from the apartment, open 24 hours.
