The interior, recently renovated, consists of a bright and comfortable living room with relaxation area, sofa bed and Smart TV with Netflix subscription, connected to a dining area equipped with a table that can be used for meals or as a comfortable smartworking station and to the new kitchen fully equipped with dishes and utensils.

The sleeping area houses a relaxing double bedroom which will guarantee guests a perfect rest, a large wardrobe to make the stay comfortable even for long periods and a bathroom complete with bathtub, equipped with soft linen, hairdryer and welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and bar of soap .

In the structure there is also a laundry room with washing machine and a storage room.

The house is air conditioned, with independent heating and air conditioning, and there is optical fiber which makes the Wi-Fi connection fast and suitable for smart working and streaming.
