The apartment opens up onto a hallway which divides the reception room, furnished with a table and a French size sofa bed, from the fully fitted eat in kitchen, which comes with a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
Coming out from the day area you reach the anteroom leading in turn to the two bedrooms: on the left, the guest bedroom with views of the courtyard has twin beds and closet, on the right the master bedroom offers double bed, large wardrobe, and it opens up out onto the balcony, too.
Access to the first bathroom, fitted with washing machine and tub, is through the antechamber, whilst the second family bathroom with shower stall, is accessed from the master bedroom.
The kitchen and both bathrooms have tiled floors, whilst the living room and the night area are fitted with parquet. Moreover, the master bedroom and the living room have a reverse heat pump system providing both cooling and heating.
