Not the best house keeping. We had issues with our first room and until I said give me a contact over you and the manager they then helped and put us in a villa for sane rate but should have done this in the first place. Also the clean not great dusty and dirty. Didn’t like or care for the note on the fridge about having to take out your own trash and that housekeeping only comes every four days but they don’t provide enough in the room to last you those four days and then they’re gonna charge you a cleaning fee if you don’t take the trash out. Like you want limited for cleaning so you limit the work they have to do, not great customer service. The resort itself was nice. The amenities were nice inside hot tub down inside pool extremely cold, Mother’s Day Brunch was good. Kids Love the carnival and I understand it probably cost more money to have somebody there Station there but I think this would make it a better experience. I’d like to see more dining than just the main expensive restaurant. The lounge is not kid friendly, and the bakery has limited time and limited food.

We do offer housekeeping every four days, but it should have been communicated to you at check in that if you would like housekeeping services or additional amenities during your stay, we do offer that on request. Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before someone arrived to check us in. Rooms are beyond outdated, phones do not work, was told they had room service and they do not. Was also told pool was heated and hot tub was working only to show up with kids in tow for an ice cold indoor and outdoor pool with no inside hot tub working and a nasty completely full outdoor hot tub. Never will I return

Hot tubs not hot. Inside hot tub not working at all. Steam room not working. Pool deck and hot tub needed repair. Staff didn’t speak English, the ones who did really didn’t care about our concerns. Extra charges at this place we were unaware of until we checked out. Restaurant breakfast was good but lunch/dinner not so good and way overpriced.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The Lounge staff was excellent and our waiter was on it, we never had to wait for drinks. The room was nice and spacious but faced the parking lot unfortunately. The jetted tub did look dirty or old and cracked along with the pool and hot tub. We didnt love the elevator situation for the penthouse. Loved Zs and the bakery and how the walk around path was scenic and beautiful. Mini golf course was very fun. Close to all the golf courses, crater, and hiking trails. Great location.

Could hear other guests through walls. Didn't space out guests even though not busy season. Hard to find villas and map didn't have street or building names on it. Didn't include breakfast even though paid $300 for room. Dining experience at Z wasn't great. Made us wait 20 mins to be seated even though dining room was half empty. Server said they couldn't give more than 2 rolls because they were ratioining them. Snowed during night and walks were slippy and not well maintained. Plug didn't work in sink.

We came for an anniversary get away and it was an excellent location! Restaurant and bar were great! Good service all around! We had trouble in the night time, visiting with friends, we received a note under our door that we were being to loud for our neighbors liking. Mind you we were not at all raising our voices or parting just regular conversation. Walls at this establishment are very thin. They really should do something about this as this has been an issue in the past! We love visiting the Zermatt however this may be the last visit as this has become a reoccurring issue.

We stayed 1 night for our daughter's tournament in the morning. It was a great beautiful property with an amazing indoor/outdoor pools that were heated. We loved the location to the small town and convenience. We will be back to spend a weekend so we can really enjoy the resort.

Big, spacious room. Decor keeps to the theme of the resort. Minor upkeep needed (peeling wallpaper in the bathroom). No streaming services on TV - only basic cable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Staff was polite and attentive. Resort has some fun amenities that are worth checking out.

The area of the hotel they placed us was under construction. There was no carpet in the halls and the walls were taped for painting. Hallway furniture was piled in one area. Staff was direct and unfriendly. Us as guests were an inconvenience.

Close to wasatch recreation area and ice castles. Short drive into town (Midway) where we ate dinner. Swimming pool large and warm. Hot tub malfunctioning while we were there and lots of construction in our building- it wasn’t noisy, but smelled of paint and looked torn up in the halls. All the workers were kind. Staff was nice to allow us to move rooms due to paint fumes.

We were assigned a room where the hallway just outside the door was being renovated--drop cloths, tape, open paint buckets, crew of painters, etc. The entire property reeked of paint fumes. When I asked to switch rooms, the resort put us in a room with a nonworking oven (and the hallway still smelled). The pool was fun, and Midway is fantastic. But I can't recommend this resort.

The Zermatt was a lot of fun! The decor was unique, and it was very clean and comfortable. We loved the amenities such as the pool and wellness center(gym). We will be taking the family back there for sure!

I was a little disappointed that after what I paid they couldn't even provide a complimentary bottle of water or two. Also, there was no blanket or winter comforter on the bed, and no spare in the closet. I was very cold at night, and the thermostat would not go up past 72 F. This is a great resort but little things like this made my stay so so

Lovely Swiss Oasis
The hotel was amazing, as a Swiss living in the US, this was a lovely surprise to find in Utah. Loved staying there with my friend for the Sundance Film Festival. The room, lobby and heated pool were very nice, staff was friendly. Only thing was that our water pressure in the shower was very low depending on the time of the day/if other guests were showering, otherwise it was great.

Great property half the price of Park City. Restaurants and bakery/Starbucks on site. Olivia is outstanding in the coffee shop! Pool/hotubs were warm and clean. The room was clean with ample toiletries and towels. The buildings were quiet and thevstaff was friendly. . Will definitely stay again. 5 minutes from Snowmobiling. 5 minutes from tubing. 15 minutes from Park city.

This was a nice resort. However, my phone in my room was not working properly. The staff were friendly, but there are no real breakfast options at the resort.

This is a beautiful resort, in a beautiful location! The rooms are definitely older and outdated but the beds are very comfortable and the hotel has a very cute charm. We ate at the steakhouse and it was so delicious, very good food.
