"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, itâs actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - donât worry you canât smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"

"HÎtel trÚs cosy, calme et agréable. Personnel trÚs gentil. Dans une rue sans voiture avec les transports pas trÚs loin. Dommage que le lit ne soit pas un lit de 160 et qu'il n'y ait pas au moins une chaßne de télé française, mais c'est un détail. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et la gentillesse du personnel qui a su aussi nous renseigner sur les transports et autre."
