« We decided to have a quick stop in Richmond on our Spring Break travels and found comfortable lodging in this historic and well preserved listing. The amenities were as described, though we didn’t partake in the laundry that was located in the e basement. We had a short block and a half walk to the main historic strip, several great eateries and sweet shops for dessert. The next day was spent exploring the nearby science museum, which was only a 7 minute drive. »

Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. « The listing is totally accurate; this is a small studio! But as other reviews mention, they use the space very well. We kept the sleeper sofa pulled out the whole time we were there and were able to navigate the room just fine. (We stayed for a week.) The renovation was done thoughtfully and well, not a shoddy flip, and everything was very clean and well-functioning. Location is unbeatable--walkable to multiple excellent restaurants (including an ice cream parlor right downstairs), sight-seeing...

« Absolutely loooooved the place! The views of downtown on the top patio are amazing - perfect setting to watch the sunrise and set. The unit is very neat and cute. The art and notes around made it feel homey. The owner was suuuuper responsive and very kind throughout the whole stay. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here. Neighborhood is cute, quiet, walkable with lots of restaurants and brewery around. »

« The apartment was spacious and clean with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It is above a laundromat but we never heard anything from downstairs. Parking was easy. We were there to ride bikes on the Capital City trail and the location was convenient because it was close (2 miles) to the start of the trail. My only complaint is that there are not restaurants in walking distance to the apartment but they were a short drive away. Overall a very pleasant stay. »
