« Beautiful period house, in easy walking distance of town centre »

« Excellent stay. Perfect for a girls night away. 10 of us were more than comfortable. Host was exceptional. Whenever we had queries, they responded straight away. This beautiful home comes highly recommended. »

« Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too. »

« A beautiful property, perfect for our family wedding in the area. Deborah and Digby a delight! »

« Lovely cottage in the British countryside, the place might be a bit old-fashioned but very confortable for a larg group (we were 9). Kenneth has been very helpful and is a highly recommended host. »

« We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

Kitchen well equipped but lacking a large non stick frying pan in good condition. We were surprised that for an up market property there were no table napkins. We couldn’t switch on the large television in the annex. On investigation we found the remote had one battery missing. We never found out how to turn...

« The property is lovely, like a good hotel suite. It was spotlessly clean and there were lots of clean towels. Lots of plug sockets and a good size mirror. The downside was the shower was lukewarm and we couldn't increase the temperature. Also, the communication wasn't great. There was no info about where to collect or leave the key. Nor was there any acknowledgement when we sent details of our arrival time. A coffee machine would have been nice. »

« "I did not stay at this property due to a total failure of service and severe health hazards. Upon arrival, no staff were present and the room was already occupied by two other guests due to a double-booking. The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. Furthermore, there was a heavy, pervasive odor of tobacco smoke. As a diagnosed COPD patient, this...
