This is a charming annexe to the main house, situated in the beautiful town of Midhurst, great for enjoying the fantastic shops, bars, restaurants and attractions such as Cowdray Ruins. The space This charming annexe, situated in Midhurst, provides a delightful escape for a couple, or professional. Set in Pendean, this is a perfect base to enjoy the lovely walks that the area has to offer. The lodge is spread over two floors, and is an ideal base for year-round relaxation and adventure. With one bedroom and one-and-a-half bathrooms, it comfortably hosts up to two guests.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Midhurst, offering a blend of historical heritage, natural beauty, and recreational activities. Take leisurely strolls through the town with a traditional market town atmosphere, and peruse the range of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The location also provides an excellent base for exploring the Midhurst area, the scenic South Downs, or attending an event at Goodwood or Cowdray Park.
Enter into the cosy, and welcoming kitchen and dining space. The kitchen-diner features an electrical hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and fridge, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals with a loved one. Further on, there is a downstairs toilet room, and a living area which has ample seating and includes a Smart TV (you will need to log in with your own details for TV applications).
Up the stairs to the left is the bedroom with a double bed with storage space, and to the right is the bathroom with a shower.
Convenient parking for one car available at the property. You will have exclusive access to the entire cottage, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, there is a wide variety of shops in Midhurst, with a Sainsbury's Local supermarket and Tesco Express one mile from property in the centre of town. Guest access Guests have access to entire home. There is private parking for one car in the driveway. The nearest bus stop is about 300 yards away for trips between Midhurst and Chichester. There is a bus station in Midhurst which has buses travelling further afield. Other things to note Check In / Check Out Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
