Great Spot Near Newport
My husband, pup, and I stayed at our cottage for three nights and it was the perfect space for a long weekend getaway. The location is very convenient to Newport and right next to Newport Winery. Already hoping to come back in the future!

Quick Visit to Newport
The property was great and lots of places to walk my dog. I liked the location, next to the vineyard and easy drive to downtown Newport. My only minor complaint was that I went to the guest services to talk to them about the ants in the kitchen (it rained a lot so I understand ants can happen) and they said they would treat the kitchen that afternoon and they never showed up.

In downstairs bathroom to find painter staring in window while scraping paint. Then painters had tarp over entrance while we were trying to pack car (train not to paint unit with car in driveway). Charged 25 dollars for a home made laminated, printed parking pass that we forgot to put back in unit! ( just use a throw away paper pass!!?… duh!) We sent parking pass back to office via mail, see if we actually get reimbursed.

Perfect Getaway
The cottage made for a perfect 2 day getaway! Location was conveniently close to just about everything Newport has to offer. The 1 bedroom cottage was absolutely lovely! It's new, clean, light and airy. Loved everything about this place! We'll be staying here again!

Great in every way!
My husband and I stayed here for a quick get away. Great location. Into Newport for the days and walked to dinners at the Newport Vineyards next door. Cottage is very clean, comfy and cute. We recommend staying here and will return.

Very enjoyable
Cottage was amazing. It was literally right down the road from Newport Winery and 15 minutes from downtown Newport. It was spotless and very quiet. So nice to be able to bring our dog too.

Mini moon
My wife and I escaped here for a few days to relax after our wedding and it was everything we could’ve wanted! Close to Newport, clean, perfect amount of space for 2 people and a pup!

Perfect stay, perfect location!
Beautiful, clean, and quiet! Pool was a perfect afternoon break break from our adventures. Enjoyed the vineyard next door; minutes to cliff walk, downtown Newport, supermarkets, etc! Staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. Will visit again!

delighted to have been assigned a free standing cottage. it was lovely. living room television did not work properly but everything else was terrific. the design of the cottage is beautiful and thoughtful, the bedding is delicious, large bathroom, kitchen terrific. i wish this type of dog-friendly stay was available in other parts of the country. will return for sure and will recommend to friends.

Great family getaway
We had a wonderful stay. Management and staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean, bright and very nice to stay in. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen had just about everything we needed to make our meals with ease - much more than most vacation kitchens. The only things I missed having were a baking/roasting dish and a covered dish to store leftovers. Otherwise, we made all our meals with ease. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice & clean. The grounds were very nice and it was fun to say hi to the dogs who were staying there when we were out for walks. All the owners picked up after their dogs so we enjoyed nice walks on the grounds. My 10 year old enjoyed the pool and we had a wonderful family stay.

Newport Jazz Festival
My son and I attended several days of the festival and enjoyed being out a bit from downtown. It was quite, comfortable and convenient. We really enjoyed the pool area but wished it opened earlier or later so we could have utilized it during the festival more. It’s a great location and property!

We enjoyed our stay in cottage#5. As advertised, well stocked and clean. Great for a couple days with our pup. Basically 10 minutes to restaurants in Newport so not a bad location. Definitely one to keep on the list if we come back!

Perfect for our needs!
My sister, me, and our husbands stayed here because our children were graduating from RWU. The university gates opened at 7 am and we live out of state, so this VRBO was perfect for our needs. It was also a win being pet-friendly, because we were able to bring our cavapoo with us.

Clean and Comfy
The property was as described - although I thought we'd be in a single unit - we were in a duplex (hence the 4 stars on accuracy of online listing). Very clean - necessities (towels, linens, few coffee pods, coffee maker) provided. Wish there'd been more information/recommendations available (in print) regarding surrounding area and restaurants, things to do. The area is pretty noisy (for us - we live in the country) and seems that yardwork started pretty darn early :-). We had no contact with owners/managers and were able to enter without any issues. Loved the Cliff Walk and some of the local beaches just for walking. We brought our dog - she enjoyed the visit as well!

A great location for a Getaway
My partner and I rented the property to explore Newport and welcome the new year in a beautiful place. The unit is pretty and well-stocked. It is the size of a large tiny home and suited both of us well. We are both tall people (I am 6-6 and she is 5-11) and were more than accommodated by the bed, shower, and counter stools. Past the house itself, the location gives excellent access to the beaches, the tennis hall of fame, and some great local eateries. I 100% recommend it.

Had an amazing stay in Cottage #7. Everything we needed was there, the cottage was amazingly decorated and VERY clean. The pup loved it too! We met the property manager, she was very nice and welcoming..would DEFINITELY stay here again.
