The house is in decent condition, but having the furniture all covered with furniture blankets made it feel cheap. The heating was erratic(hot upstairs and cold down), and I was awakened one night with water noises, which turned out to be a flushing of the water system right...

« The problem wasn't the place itself, it was an old farmhouse that wasn't fancy but it was a good location with 3 bedrooms. The problem was having a 4 pm check-in and arriving at 4 pm and finding all the beds unmade, used towels still lying around, then having to use SMS text to communicate because the phone tree doesn't work and get you to a live person. « We loved it! Great location, close to the quaint town of Waitsfield. If you’re lucky with the weather and you have kids- amazing sledding hill! (We did insist the kids wear their ski helmets as it was long and FAST). Kitchen well supplied. The hosts were always helpful and responsive. »
