Grand luxe mais un peu isole.
Un des plus beau hotel de la region. Tout est parfait hormis la localisation. Pas de balade a pied autour de cet hotel. Vous etes coince le long de l'autoroute et il n'y a pas grand chose a visiter sans voiture.

Excellent accueil et confort dans cet Hotel. Le cadre est moderne en commençant par un hall somptueux, moderne, vaste et original. Le parking est facilement accessible et spacieux. Les chambres calmes, repos assuré, clim performante et silencieuse.

Excellent établissement...
C'est un très belle hôtel facile d'accès. Le personnel est très agréable et très professionnel. Notre chambre était excellente (spa, sauna, double douche...) dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu le temps d'en profiter d'avantage. Le petit déjeuner est comme le reste : excellent. (Très varié et de qualité) Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation.

magnifique séjour
Hotel simplement magnifique, l'entrée dans le hall d'accueil nous laisse agréablement augurer de l'entrée en chambre : immense, trés spacieux et pourtant "chaud ". Une fois dans la chambre tout y est grandiose, même la salle de bain richement doté d'une douche italienne et d'une magnifique baignoire. L hotel est situé dans un endroit trés calme, l'ensemble est trés silencieux et le personnel irréprochable ! la salle de restaurant et le buffet de petit déjeuner valent aussi grandement le détour ! A recommander absolument !

Très bel hôtel! Tout y est accueillant, fonctionnel et confortable : grand parking gratuit, vaste réception, chambre "confort" et salle de bain/douche spacieuses, splendide restaurant avec magnifique carte et service impeccable et enfin petit-déjeuner très varié et délicieux. A réserver sans hésitation. La situation, dans un zoning-commercial, n'est pas idéale pour qui aime bénéficier d'une chambre avec (belle) vue ou d'une sortie rapide en ville, par contre elle vous assure un calme olympien, le parking très aisé devant l'hôtel et un grand espace vert alentours.

Elegant and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel that combines elegant interior design and great comfort. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful and large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and dinner at the hotel restaurant was also good.The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is not very close to the city centre, but this is not a problem if you have a car. Excellent value for the price we paid.

Hotel très moderne, propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Personnel hyper réactif, il nous manquait 2 lit dans la chambre réservée pour 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants), tout a été corrigé en toute réactivité.

Fijn hotel. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Lekker eten in het restaurant (niet zoveel en vet, zoals je dat vaak hebt bij Van der Valk). En een mooie kamer.

I have travelled extensively never ever have l been told on day it was 34c the Air Conditioning was broken in our room that they had no other accommodation as hotel was booked. I explained l booked this hotel because of the air conditioning six months prior to coming due fact l have a lung disease. I was then told 15 minutes later that they did have another room two rooms down and we could move to this room reassured the A/C worked. The room was not clean the shower still had the shampoo from the prior guest. The shower, the sink, the floor with dirty, the toilet was dirty.. and the air conditioning never dropped below 23 Celsius in the room. When we reported these conditions to the front desk, they simply said they were full. And that they could give us bottle wine for the inconvenience. Clearly, they have not learned anything from Covid and clean conditions for people to stay in. After I had spent over $350 for a room with no air conditioning, and was offered a bottle wine for the deficiencies. I don’t drink. So clearly l received no compensation. Clearly the management had no interest in our health and safety.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your stay was not up to the standard that you are used to from our hotel. I can imagine the inconvenience of a not functioning airconditioning during these hot days. Our staff was unable to detect what was wrong with it at t he time. Due to an early departure we where able to move you to another room, which was quickly cleaned by our F&B staff as the housekeeping had already left the hotel. We where under the impression at the time that the problem was solved. The next day during check-out we heared that the cleaning was not up to standard and that the airconditioning in the new room did not manage to reach the requested temperature. Unfortunately at that moment we where not able to do any more about it. We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive the service that you are used to from our hotels and ofcourse hope that you will give us another chance in the future. Suzanne
