« Enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and clean and had eveything we needed. »

« Frequently stay in the Fairplay area for work and the Hand hotel has been by far the most enjoyable place to stay. The other option (Riverside Inn) has always been extremely noisy and the staff don't seem to care much about customer concerns. The Hand hotel staff were excellent and it was convenient having the cafe down-stairs... just be aware it isn't open every morning, but there are other options close by. It is a historic building so keep that in mind when booking. »

« The beds had dog hair or some type of curly hair on both of them sheets smelled like feet but the front office did accommodate me other than that not a bad spot to hang out if passing by btw use your own Netflix account to log in and make sure to log out »

« We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The...

« When we got to our room, there was a stain on the bed, no toilet paper anywhere to be found, the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed, cushions on the chairs were hanging off. Overall, it felt like a very dirty room. We were supposed to spend 4 nights at the lodge and we ended up spending 30 minutes there and leaving to book a room at the hotel down the road for 4 nights instead. »
