When we only asked about our refrigerator because it was barely cooling, the first response we got was, “No, you can’t switch rooms,” even though we never asked. The pool had no circulating water and didn’t look safe or clean enough to swim in. Our room key wouldn’t open the pool door, so we had to have the front desk let us in. « Hôtel logé dans une belle maison historique, bien située. Petits-déjeuners plutôt pas mal, mais service inexistant, maintenance déficiente, propreté douteuse. Lit double full size ridiculement petit et inconfortable, largeur 137 cm. Pas de sèche-cheveux. Pas de shampooing ni de gel douche. Chambre mal insonorisée, climatisation non réglable, équipements peu fonctionnels. Une expérience très décevante. »
