I am happy that you found our services to be good and our staff to be very nice. However, you indicated that the pest you reported and the other concerns hindered your experience. Please know that we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. I have notified the property of your comments so they can work with the specialists to ensure everything is as it should be.
