Wow ! Nous avons adoré, les chambres sont très grande, propre et la vue sur la piscine est magnifique. Nous voyageons beaucoup et je confirme que le personnel était très courtois/professionnel. Je recommande sans hésiter, nous y avons passé trois nuits tout ce fait à pieds alentour de l'hôtel. Merci

Cette hôtel est luxueux mais le prix de la chambre comporte des frais cachés de $45/jour pour des services généralement gratuits (comme la piscine, le wi-fi, le journal). C'est très frustrant quand tu fais ton check-out de comprendre l'arnaque.

Déception totale ! Je n’ai jamais vu une chambre d’hôtel aussi sale. Tapis avec des taches apparentes et grossières. Aucune pression sur le pommeau de douche. Rideau à moitié décousu, literie ou les ressorts du lit me faisait mal au dos. Les vitres sont sales. Le pire je crois, c’est que le premier jour de mon arrivée, après la piscine vers 18h je constate que ma chambre n’est pas faite. En appelant la réception, on me dit que c’est normal, je n’ai pas demandé à ce qu’on la fasse ! C’est bien la première fois qu’il faut demander à faire la chambre dans un hôtel. J’ai pris les photos si vous en avez besoin. Sachez que je devais partir mercredi, je suis partie mardi, donc perdue une journée et j’ai pris un autre hôtel "un vrai ".

La chambre etait dans un état desastreux!.la douche était sale avec des cheveux sur le plancher et on a dû demander au concierge de venir la réparer car elle ne fonctionnait pas. De plus, le lit etait vraiment inconfortable. Nous n'avons pas pu aller à la piscine car à chaque fois il n'y avait pas de chaise. Il y avait plusieurs prostituées à la piscine et dans l'hotel. Mon conjoint et moi etions découragés. De plus, dans les c corridors les gens laissent leur nourriture à côté de la porte.

First there is nothing that said valet was the only way to park and it’s $50 a night, Second after paying in full for the trip at check in they hit you with $200 a night deposit 😂, Third over was clean and staff was nice but the bathroom has mold in the shower and the sofa couch was broken we didn’t need it just shared a bed but we did let them no and nobody came to fix it. Pool staff was great bar staff great I wish their menu had a little more options but I guess it works for some people. Be prepared to spend money on parking and deposits though !!!!!

I was very happy with the early check in after our cruise vacation. Beautiful hotel, lobby, poolbar, gym etc. Very friendly en helpful staff.The room was great. I booked a suite. It was very spaceous. The beds were really small for a hotel bed, but we managed. The floor of our suite was unbelievably dirty though!! We dont usually walk with shoes inside so our feet got all black from the dust on the floor! We expected it to be cleaned the next morning at least, but although the next day the bed was made up and we got fresh towels, the floor was not swept at all. There was still visible dirtness on the floor! I asked the lobby if they could send someone to sweep the floor but we had to wait the next morning. It felt very uncomfortable as i am not used to such dirtyness. The bathroom was so nice, unfortunately the shower itself was really crappy wth very weak stream with luke warm water! Very disappointing from a hotel with such high end clean and beautiful pool and outside area. Also the suite had cupboards a small kitchen which was nice but than again no cups no plates or spoons etc. When asked the staff was helpful with that though. For the price we paid i just wished the outside of the hotel (lobby/pool/ poolbar etc) matched the quality and cleanness of the room it self. It felt a waste to feel so uncomfortable in a hotel room of a otherwise beautful hotel in such a nice neigbourhood. I hope they fix these things!

Really loved the location. The pool is amazing although some of those chairs and towels need refreshing. Nicoli and Priscilla kept us refreshed at the pool all day. That was by far a highlight. Maria at the bar in the lobby was also fantastic and so nice.

So happy we booked this property. Views of Biscayne bay and downtown were absolutely amazing. Elevators were always fast and clean. Pool and bar were nice, wasn’t aware that pool closes at 7pm, the best time to enjoy the sunset from the pool. Now, let me say that we were greater by Mark. We have never been served by someone in a hotel by someone that genuinely wanting to help guests and to provide THE best possible experience and service to the guest he is helping. We were not even waiting for him to help us, I guess he saw us waiting in line and he approached us to see how can he help us. I am serious, Mark is the best. I hope this will be seen by his boss so he can be Thanked and rewarded in a way that’s possible for you. Thank you Mark!

I was satisfied until it was time for bed and there was a roach on my bedside table. I was totally disgusted and checked-out of the hotel at 3:30am and went to another hotel South Beach. The front desk was helpful with my concerns and offered to provide me with another room however at that point I was not able to feel comfortable in the hotel.

This was a weekend from hell. Room was dirty, they came to clean it it then smelled of vomit, changed my room, charged me $200 a night for deposit. Over charged me at the pool so i got a reserved bed for free the next day and it rained. No ice bucket. We paid for a 1 bdrm suite with double bed they changed us to a suite with 1 bdrm and that is not what i paid for!

Room was falling apart. Could not get Shower to operate properly. Water was either burning, hot or freezing cold and the handles were breaking tiles were dirty and falling apart sliding glass door to balcony can barely open or close. Here was left on the floor from previous guest or housemaids couches were dirty and sober carpets. TVs barely operated.

I'm deeply disappointed with the hotel experience. Upon arrival, there was no one available to assist with our luggage, and to compound the issue, the room is in an extremely outdated condition. The soundproofing is so inadequate that neighboring room conversations are disturbingly loud. Additionally, the bathroom floor tile is moving, posing a safety hazard. Furthermore, the toilet flush won't stop unless manually lifted after each use. This entire experience has truly made our time miserable.
