Vacances familiales Miama south beach.
L’hôtel est bien situé toutefois l’ensemble de l’hôtel est plutôt décevante. Les chambres sont minuscules et lit très petit. La salle de bain est pas fonctionnel et une forte odeur dans la chambre et les corridors. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées donc le retour des gens la nuit nous réveillent. Le service pas très courtois.

Sérieusement, le check in est atroce et les murs en carton. Attendez-vous à vous faire réveiller la nuit par du monde qui cri dans les corridors. Vieille immeuble mal rénové.

Fantastic
WOW! Amazing location (2 streets from the beach). The free shuttle is a bonus! Amazing and caring staff! We went there with our 4 months old baby and were treated like friends. They made sure we had everything we needed and answered honestly to all our questions. They also landed us a baby park, chairs and towels for the beach. We had access to the pool of the Catalina hotel located on the 17th street and Collins to which you can go by walk or by the free trolley. The room was spacious, well equiped and very clean. Yes, the room was not soundproof, but that was not a problem for us.

Très agréablement surprise !
Très très agréablement surprise par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Je voulais un hôtel très bien situé (entre la 10e et la 7e), propre et je n'ai pas été déçue. Le personnel est très sympa, les chambres sont propres et la localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite !! Le seul bémol est que les clients de l'hôtel sont très bruyants et les chambres mal isolées. Quoi qu'il en soi, c'est sûre que je reviendrai de nouveau dans cet hôtel car j'en suis très satisfaite.

This hotel was not the cleanest. The hotel beach towels were very worn, room did not have any channels that worked on the tv. They pour a bunch of carpet freshener in the hallways to vacuum. The bed had a major dip in the middle of it. The shower water drains slow, you’re standing in your a puddle of your dirty shower water. I won’t book this hotel again.

I wish we could share the pictures we took, but this site doesn't allow. This hotel is very outdated and doesn't seemed to be maintained properly. First, the laminate floors were cracked and had we not had shoes on, would have cut my foot open. Second, the bathroom looked dirty and either the sink or toilet was leaking - we discovered a pile of water under the sink the morning we left. The day we left, the person spraying down the outside area didn't care that we were waiting for our UBER - he just sprayed and we got some splashes from the water. The only saving grace - we got the hotel free due to points earned on Expedia and we were able to be checked in nearly 4 hours early.

Thanks for your review, Bill. While we are a historic hotel in the Art Deco district, we routinely perform upkeep and maintenance. We are disappointed that your one-night stay was anything less than perfect., but we appreciate all feedback.

They are falsely advertising this hotel. The pics are very deceiving the rooms are extremely small the furniture and decor are very outdated, 1970-1980's vibe. I will never stay at this place again and would strongly NOT recommend this place to anyone that requires quality in a choice for a hotel. The star wouldn't allow me to give either negative or no star which is why it got the 1 star that I was forced to give. 🗑🗑🗑

This hotel is terrible!!! The shower has no shower curtain and water splashes everywhere in the bathroom , and no hot water to take a shower!! Also when we checked into the room there was a puddle of water at the front of our bed. I have never been at a hotel room like this before. It is unacceptable!!!

Since we are a historic Art Deco hotel, despite the upkeep and renovations, the plumbing is original and sometimes it may take a moment for the hot water to adjust. Leaving the tap open for a minute or two will typically solve the problem. Please report any issues with your room to our staff, so we can look into it further. We appreciate your feedback.

A lot of hotel guests and myself kept having to come to the front deak and wait 5 or more minutes at a time to get card access to our paid for rooms. The TV was not working properly in one of the two rooms i booke from friday to checkout on monday. The water was pooling in the shower afyer running 1-2 minutes. Mildew on/in showers. Had to self clean. The METAL ICE SCOOPER. Was stationed on a wall via metal rusted bracket/ wall fixture. The food at the resturant was good. I would love to revisite and tell friends, but changes are needed

There is a restaurant at the enterance,and it takes entire reception area. So hard to check in. They do not give your room before 3 pm and they do not hold your luggages. You have to go 1 block away and pay $30 for big ,$20 for small, $10 for backpack hold fee in another store! Not fun under the Miami sun. R

We stayed at the Whitelaw Hotel 2 nights. On the first night our A/C system would not go above 63 degrees it was freezing. Next night it would not go below 80. Then the smoke detector started beeping. The floor was filthy and clearly had not been mopped for some time. We reported the A/C issues to the reception three times and when I asked for some compensation they offered us an extra hour checkout - this was after we checked out. Not a pleasant stay at all. We won't be back and will suggest the same to others.
