The hotel is good but there is no restaurant around. You need transportation. But 10 min from there is trains and bus that bring you downtown and on miami beach.

Séjour pour 1 nuit car proche de l’aéroport (très bien situe) À l’accueil, pas très aimable et ne fait pas d’effort avec l’anglais. Dans le studio, nous sommes 4 et pas de drap, couverture et oreiller pour le canapé Manque 1 serviette, obligé de réclamer à l’accueil Literie confortable, et le minimum dans la salle de bain Petit déjeuner pas terrible c’est pour ça qu’il est inclus. Très pratique le shuttle qui part toutes les 30 mn à partir de 7h du matin (gratuit)

Although the room is equipped with necessary items for a three-person stay, it is not suitable for accommodating four guests as it is not specifically designed for that purpose. Regarding our breakfast, we strictly adhere to the IHG guidelines without any deviations.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 7 jours et le ménage a été fait une seule fois et encore , parce que j'ai demandé à ce qu'il soit fait ! Et dans ce cas là , il faut prévenir la veille pour le lendemain...! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment sommaire , dommage ! Autrement , le personnel est bienveillant et à lécoute.

The front desk service was lacking. Lack of attention, poor customer service. For this hotel being in Florida there is no ice machine on the floors and one must go down to the bar to retrieve ice making it very awkward, cumbersome and inconvenient. They are supposed to offer hotel shuttle service to the airport yet their shuttle service doesn’t begin before 7 AM which is also inconvenient if you have an early morning flight. This hotel could do better.
