I booked this hotel with the expectation a shuttle would be available to the airport. However when I reached , I was told the shuttle runs from 6:00am My flight was at 7 am! The websites does not specify time frames for the shuttle because bhasin known I would not have stayed at this hotel. The. Room door lock had issues which is unsafe. Additionally I arrived early and was told room not available, however another famiky came in that was Spanish and the Front End manager gave them a key to a room!!!!! Needless to say I watched this play out and went up to desk demanding I get a room. I was provided a room once I asked for the business card of the General manager.

Hotel needs updating. Rugs are old, room had a dirty smell, tub didn’t drain. Also waited 45mins for the shuttle at the airport and it drove right past us full. Said we needed to wait another 30 mins for next one. There is only a small bar with snacks and no restaurants within walking distance. We will not stay here again

There was no hot water at the property. They did not sale any white wine at their bar. They had an airport shuttle but would not take us to the airport.

Ullysses, service desk emp was so helpful. We are here in Miami with a large wedding party and Ullysses made sure we had transportation to another destination and back here. The lady that checked us in this morning was also great (sorry i didnt get her name) our check in time was after 3 the loddy was full and we got here at 930ish but the wait was so short, We were checked in Very early. We also had breakfast and popcorn which was delicious. Not to mention the price was half of another hotel our other Travel goup stayed. The room was very cleab and the bed was perfect i slept like a baby. Thumbs up 👍

Room was clean , lake view was amazing. Lobby and eating area could do with some cleaning especially the seating . Staff was nice . Shuttle drivers were rude and only speak Spanish . All in all stay was OK.
