Booking process was awful. Charged for more people then were on the trip and they wouldn’t refund me because of some deadline. Prior to arrival they tried to get more money out of me by trying to extend my stay before even arriving. Upon arrival there was no hot water in either room. Then was told it wouldn’t be fixed for 24 hours. No blackout curtains in one room. Refrigerator was impossible to open. Communications to resolve all issues were very difficult. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and find another that won’t ruin your trip.

April Vacation stay

We just stayed here during my sons April vacation. We love south beach and the location couldn't be more perfect. The apartment was spacious and allowed you to comfortably stay for the week. We had issues with the cleanliness when we first arrived. They quickly took care of the issue so I really appreciated the responsiveness and quick action to make it right. Over all we enjoyed our stay but I expected more from the pictures. The place just needs a coat of paint and the common area needs to be power washed. If it felt like it looks in the pictures, it would have made it a big difference. They clearly see a lot of renters but need to maintain more consistently. The pool was great and that area felt clean and well maintained. I would have been awesome if there were umbrellas for shade. It was really hot during our stay so we couldn't spend as much time as we wanted to at the pool since the sun was so intense.

Perfect stay!

Thank you so much for allowing us to have the best time in Miami ! Check in was super easy! Love how fast they reply. We needed more blankets and we got them in less than 5 minutes. Now that’s great service. The balcony on the back made it all better. We thank you. 😊

Great place!

The location is perfect as it is literally 2 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from the strip (Colllins and 3rd). I've stayed on the strip, and is was nice to get away from the noise but still be close enough to enjoy the strip without worrying about transportation. It was also a pleasant surprise to see a grocery market right across the street. This market has everything from bacon, eggs and produce to spices, vanilla and rope to tie down luggage. The pool was smaller than expected, and the room (202) and cabinets could use a fresh coat of paint but I would definitely stay here again. Hope to see you guys soon!

Dirty floors and bed, great location.

I wanted to love this place. Myself, my husband, and my parents stayed here for a week. The location was unbeatable. We paid a cleaning fee and we could not check in early so that the cleaning company could finish their cleaning tasks from the previous stay - which would have been acceptable if it was clean. But when we arrived - it was not clean. The floors needed to be swept and mopped, there was garbage under the couch, and the comforter on the bed was stained. I had to get a broom to sweep up myself and change the sheets from the linen closet just to feel comfortable. I was supposed to get a call back to go over this review after I left, but I haven’t gotten a call back and it’s been a few weeks. If the place was actually clean when I arrived, I would say I would be back.
