- A mandatory daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) is required. This fee is charged per day (not per person). The daily amenity fee includes in-room Wi-Fi, local and 1-800 phone calls, 24-hour concierge and front desk services, access to daily yoga and fitness classes in our two-story world-class fitness complex, exclusive entry to our Marriott Stanton South Beach beach club, and two complimentary drinks upon arrival. Fee (Resort Fee): $59 + tax per day (approx. $66.67/day). This fee needs to be paid at least 4 hours before check-in.
- Valet Parking is available for $75 + taxes per night for sedans, minivans, and pickup trucks that do not exceed 7 feet in height. For guests or day parking, valet is available for $25 + tax. The valet garage is equipped for electric vehicles, with a limited number of charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: Completing the Rental Agreement Form and Check-in Form is mandatory to finalize your reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, the forms will be sent to you and must be completed in order to proceed with your stay.

Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
-Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest`s reservation
-No parties/events/gatherings. Any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s). $500 fine for violation.
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
-No indoor smoking. Smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. $500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
-If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire BEFORE BOOKING regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy (1. Immediately clean up pet waste and dispose of bagged/sealed waste in an outdoor trash bin or provided pet waste receptacle, if provided. 2. Keep them leashed or crated anytime they`re outside. 3. You acknowledge responsibility for any damage caused. 4. Pay the pet fee prior to receiving check-in instructions.). There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning.
-Checkout is at 11 AM. If you want 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it`s available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure! Requests made after this time will not be able to be honored since it affects the cleaners` schedule.
-Check out time is 11AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12PM check out fee is paid prior to 10PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees.
-Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Due to increased precautions, if you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. Due to the cleaners` schedule, requesting early check-in or early bag drop-off does not guarantee it will be possible.
-Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos (brown anoles), and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given.
-We stock the initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper) and towels/linens based on the capacity of/sleeping arrangements in the unit. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an additional fee.
-Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Due to its size and weight, it can`t be swiveled/moved.
-To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior Cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. $1000 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.
-It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence and if so determined pursuant to subsection 15-278 [8] of this Code and the certificate of compliance number shall be included in all advertising.
-Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed as indicated in our listing.
- Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. We are unable to store packages before or after a guest’s reservation. While we accept packages, please be aware that receiving USPS mail is NOT permitted. For any mail-related needs, we recommend utilizing local post offices or other available mailing services in the area.
- Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Please be aware that we do not possess a storage facility for such items.
