Welcome to the world's first-ever hybrid hotel & condominium experience! Our corner residential unit, located higher up in the building, offers exceptional views of the bay and city, providing the comfort of a home-like condominium with the added luxury of hotel amenities.
Indulge in on-site restaurants, bars, a 24-hour gym, and pools with a jacuzzi for a truly immersive experience!
Centrally located in the heart of downtown Miami, our building is just minutes away from Bayfront, Bayside Marketplace, Kaseya Arena, Port of Miami, Brickell City Centre, and more.
Explore the city effortlessly with the above-ground Metromover, conveniently situated next to the hotel, offering convenient public transportation throughout Downtown and Brickell.

Alternatively, the College Station Garage, 2 min walk from our building, provides parking at a reasonably priced rate. Currently, their rates are $10 for 0-4 hours and $15 for 4-24 hours, with an additional $15 for each subsequent day. Please note that these rates may be subject to change, and it's advisable to check for the most up-to-date pricing.
For safety reasons, we do not supply any food or cooking condiments, ensuring a fresh start for each guest. If you plan to whip up a home-cooked meal, these items are readily available at a nearby supermarket for your convenience.
Kindly refrain from shipping items to our address, as we are unable to access the mailbox on your behalf.
