It's the best of both worlds giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Located on the 34th floor and facing South, Day Dreamer! is a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom retreat that offers both Downtown Miami views and Biscayne Bay water views from its private balcony. With over 1200 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Day Dreamer! accommodates a maximum of 2 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

Upon entering Day Dreamer!, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. There is a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away so cooking on vacation just got a lot more convenient. There's also a washer and dryer available, so going home with dirty laundry is not an option.

The front entryway of Day Dreamer! features a convenient half bathroom located just across from the fully equipped kitchen, making it easily accessible for everyone in your party.

The dining area offers ample space for up to four guests to dine. The large floor-to-ceiling mirror creates an even more spacious feel. The living room is perfect for unwinding while catching up on your favorite shows and movies, and planning all the exciting hot spots you must visit during your stay in Miami.

Just steps away from the living room is your own private balcony, offering views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. This spacious balcony spans the width of the condo and is fully furnished, making it the perfect spot to soak up the sun during the day and take in the stunning night views. To the east, you'll enjoy views of Biscayne Bay, the Port of Miami, and Venetian Marina, while to the south you'll have an amazing look at the downtown Miami area.

The Master bedroom suite spans the entire length of the condo, featuring a king-sized bed with cable TV and a desk. You can step out onto the balcony from the bedroom, which provides gorgeous views. The spacious walk-in closet comes equipped with a safe and provides plenty of storage space for your luggage and shopping bags filled with Miami's amazing finds. The master bathroom boasts a roman tub and a separate walk-in shower.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.

- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county). Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given. 
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.

Date Change Policy:

- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.

- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.

- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.



Travel Insurance:

- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies. 
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel  insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.

BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend) 
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 2 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
-  If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy) 
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit. 
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in. 
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.

- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released  48 hours  after check out if no damages or loss are found. 
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.

AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.

VALET FEES:
Valet is the only available option. 
You have two choices:
(Unlimited in/out privileges)
-Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day.
-Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

- Please let us know if you require valet so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day.

AFTER BOOKING: (Monthly stays)
28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only)
- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)
- 24/48 hours business day approval process.
- Emails for each adult.

- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests

- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests

-$400.00 monthly valet parking if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
