Appart hôtel satisfaisant
Loft spacieux mais décoration très sommaire. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un canapé-lit en plus car il y a de la place. Le lit est immense pour dormir à 3 Le point positif c’est que l’on nous donne une clé pour la plage à 5 mn à pied

Fuyez ! Sale et rien à voir avec les photos
A fuir absolument ! Jamais vu un endroit sale à ce point ! La chambre était ignoble (une cave), sombre et glaciale avec vu sur le parking et un bateau stationné devant. La serpillière avait dû être passée sans un coup d’aspi donc Donc des cheveux partout et du sable sous les pieds. La plage : on y accède par un passage qui n’inspire pas confiance et elle est remplie de sargasses....une honte pour 200 € !!!!

6/10 seulement car j'aurais aimé un plus luxueux.
endroit simple, très propre, besoin d'un grand coup de peinture, sécuritaire, loin (12 km) du centre ville et donc très calme, proche d'une grande artère avec magasins et excellents restaurants, agréable de promener à pieds, ascenseur antédiluvien, bureau d'accueil un peu bordélique et désordonné, employés efficaces et sympathiques,... JD.

Nous avons fait un bon séjour dans l' établissement, mais le divan-lit n'est utilisable que pour une personne, alors que nous étions quatre adultes. peu d'explications à l'accueil, car le personnel parle principalement l'espagnol.

Le calme à 20 min de Miami beach
Appartement duplex avec balcon dans résidence locative avec piscine au coeur du patio, situé dans un quartier résidentiel chic et très calme. Une petite rénovation de la chambre, de vrais volets ou rideaux epais et un ménage plus rigoureux seraient un plus. Accès à la plage "privee" avec un passage. Commerces à proximité. Il faut une voiture pour se balader à miami.

Pour visiter Key Biscayne sans se ruiner
Il faut être bien vigilant pour trouver cet appart hôtel un peu pommé du côté de key Biscayne. L'appartement est un peu défraîchi (une moustiquaire à la fenetre était cassée) mais confortable.Il y a une piscine agréable pour l'immeuble Le quartier est assez mort mais l'accès à la plage à pied rapide et il y a une supérette pas loin pour les courses. Si besoin on peut aller prendre un repas au Ritz Carlton juste à côté et sur la mer

Quartier très agréable proche de la mer l'accueil te donne la clé pour y accéder.roberto te conseillera un Resto italien chez tutto très bon et de plus l'accueil y est excellent. Notre appt était côté angle de rue et pourtant très calme 2 jours réussi

Bonne nuit calme dans un grand appartement, proche de la plage semi-privée et du supermarché. Par contre chambre pas totalement finie: appliques manquantes, interrupteurs de marchant pas et TV non reliée à une antenne !?

A quiet and arm moment in March
Very Quiet place.As we arrived late, everything was already set up and we just had to go to the room to enjoy a good night of sleep. Leaving the snowy weather of Virginia, we arrived in a warm place, and the access to the private beach 5 minutes of walk from the hotel was very fine. The room is very-well equipped, the beds are confortable. I came to seek calm, warm and palm trees, everything has been fine. The place is easy to find, and the toll to access Key Biscaine is quite cheap ($1.75). Note there is a pool, I didn't use, but a couple with children had a bath in it, and it seemed fine.

Le calme à 15 minutes de Miami
Key Biscayne est trés proche de Miami et permet en 15 mn d'aller voir un match des Heat de Miami. Un accés privé, gratuit, situé à 200 métres de l'hôtel vous permet d'accéder à une belle plage. L'hôtel vous donne un clé ouvrant une porte donnant accés à une allée qui vous permet d'aller à la plage.

The A/C did not work. Upstairs where the bed is located was over 80 Fahrenheit. Asked if we could switch rooms the next morning and they said they would turn off the A/C and let it defrost. They never apologized or offered to switch our room. We ended up leaving and booking a room in another hotel. We were never offered a new room or a refund for our second night. Stay away from this place.

Given the very limited options in Key Biscayne, this is a decent choice for budget minded folks. I was nervous reading some of the reviews, but I found the property clean, outlets worked and the AC was excellent. It is definitely an older property that could use some updates, but the staff was friendly and responsive once we arrived. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but if you want an inexpensive stay with beach access, this works well!

Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by confusion. There was no clear signage indicating that we had arrived at our destination—quite unsettling when you expect the welcoming banner of a reputable establishment. We were left second-guessing whether we'd made the correct entrance. We barely stifled our disbelief as we reluctantly ventured into the lobby. There, professionalism and cleanliness seemed to lack any sort of priority. The aroma that greeted us was a mix of stale air and an undefinable, offensive odor. The feeling of neglect was inescapable, and things only spiraled downward from there. The elevator's interior was appalling, bearing marks of long-neglected maintenance. A sense of disgust crept over us, and trepidation grew at what awaited us in our supposedly curated room. Nothing could have prepared us for the sight that met our eyes as we opened our room door. Instead of a spruced-up and welcoming space as advertised, we were slammed with a stench that could only be described as a fusion of decay and neglect. The room was a far cry from the beautiful pictures we'd seen on Expedia. From the filthy carpets to the dingy bedding, it seemed as though no effort had been made to clean or upkeep the room for decades. We noted broken tiles, stains, and a general lack of hygiene that was nothing short of shocking. Nothing like the pictures! The worst experience I ever had! To those considering a stay here, I implore you—look elsewhere.

They had ppl living there is was like condo style the lock an the front door was veey flimsy you couldn't get in contact with anyone the front desk was closed at 830 although they claimed it was open till 1130pm there was hair from rhe previous person. Our loft apartment was accurate according to the description. Very clean. Quiet. No issues with property. Minimal kitchen or apartment amenities. The staff was very accommodating and gave good local recommendations. I would certainly go back, it's a good value.

This property is an apartment complex and it was kind of cool to have a whole apartment and not be in a hotel. But they were lacking. There is a 1" gap under the front door where you can fit fingers in. No stopper in the kitchen sink. The kitchen faucet leaks HORRIBLY. The water goes all over the kitchen counter. No towels provided for the kitchen. The dishwasher soap left on the counter was compromised and ruined. The silverware left for us to use was dirty. No hand towels provided for the bathroom. The living room TV does not work by the remote, you have to use the buttons on the TV. The glass on the TV table is not properly installed. The safe is locked shut and cannot be opened. The furniture is nice but the building is aged and needs to be updated. The kitchen needs to be better stocked and the front door needs to be replaced.

They need to fix the pool area and make it heated also. They need luggage holders for suitcases and more hangers in the closet. We didn’t get any towels or cleaning the whole week we were there but still pay for it.

Refrigerator did not work was very warm inside and smelled. Unable to use and lost food we had with us during our stay. AC was set at 77 and it was warm inside the 2 story room. Lowered AC temp but not working. Overall 1 star. Staff was good. Someone needs to go through every room and pay attention to detail and make sure everything works.

The unit we stayed in had a terrible musty odor. The toilet didn’t flush well and the shower barely had any water pressure. We did mention the toilet and shower issue to the staff. We were told maintenance would check it out but they never did. Also, the unit was very outdated with very minimal uncomfortable furniture. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart and dirty. I would not recommend staying here. The parking and location were the only positives.

The smoke alarm low battery went off every night at 2 am making for a poor night’s sleep. They changed the battery but it was still broken. No one is there working on Saturdays to address issues.
