The whole place smelled like smoke. The bathroom needs paint. Mattress was horrible and the bed was squeaky. We stayed there as a quick stop because our flight got delayed and needed somewhere to sleep. Would not recommend staying here.

Everything about property was disgusting. It had thickness around this whole property including the rooms. It was so bad they should not be renting these rooms out!

I have not received the $100 deposit and we did not use or damage the property. I usually rent that hotel but this is the second time that they have not returned the deposit to me

One of the guest attendant was very rude on the phone. A tonality quite rude. Later she attends me and as I approach the front desk to check in, and after I showed my confirmation number, without consideration told me I needed to wait while she attended a guest couple behind me. Long story short, Overall, the attendant was rude and lacks customer service, I had a reservation making my check-in quick and easy. The other attended took a guest and then checked me in, and she was still attending the guest she took before me. She needs to be trained, or perhaps given a janitorial position. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION IS HOSPITALITY BUSINESS. Her actions do NOT belong belong in the front desk.

Not bad for the price due to an inconvenience airline cancellation. Place can use a touch up. Bathroom door wouldn’t close easily and the bottom was a bit broken. There was also trash in the room when we got there. There was also a weird smell in the hallway like it was trying to mask something else.

Room smelled damp. Bed was hard. Small tv for room size with 2 beds. Saw a roach in hallway. I did appreciate airport shuttle but if you have a 6am flight, service not available due to it starting at 5am.

I booked for 1 night (because i arrived a day early ) with transportation to/from airport. When i arrived to MIA at 9:45pm, i called the hotel for transportation and was told "the bus is on its way" I waited for 45 mins. I tool a Uber. Once at the hotel, i checked in and the 2 buses they have for transportation were parked upfront the hotel. While checking in, the representative took an incoming call and told the customer "the bus is on its way". He lied. I had to speak to the Manager to get reimbursed.
