Well located, near the convention center for business purposes. Service not that great. Hard to communicate with people from the front desk and restaurant was not good. Terrible food and expensive prices. Restaurant is not own by the hotel either. Rooms were good and comfortable beds.

Établissement a fuire j’ai séjourne le 13 et 14 janvier pas d’eau chaude et incapable de résoudre le problème ji suis retourné le 18 jàvier et encore le meme problème il vous préleve 80$ pour sois disant des frais de je ne sais quoi et à ma deuxième réservation j’ai était préleve par expedia est aussi par l’hotel

Les tapis devraient être enlevés ce qui permettrait un peu moins d'humidité. Le personnel est extra. Petit bémol, un soir on a trouvé un ver sur le tapis, probablement entré avec le sac de vidange de la femme de chambre. Sinon tout était parfait, les déjeuners étaient très bons. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, mais on nous a accordé un rabais pour ça.

Extremely noisy. Hotel was repairing a door close to our bedroom at 8 am next day after we arrived. They perhaps could have waited the afternoon to do so? Additionally there was no hot water in the bathroom.

The hotel would have been perfect but they were transitioning owners and there was no dining available. The other hotels next to us had food and drinks and that made them cozier. Staff, rooms and proxy to everywhere was excellent.

I wish the restaurant was open. Room service option available at the restaurant down the street. This was nice but not super easy to navigate the menu, as the site wasn’t functioning properly.

I didn't like getting charged $45 for a "resort fee," and being forced to walk to another hotel to use the gym (which was dank, lousy, and smelly, by the way.)

Både bra och dåligt...
Bokade hotellet utifrån dess pris i kombination med läget. Hade rum mot innergården vilket var bra och tyst! Så långt var det bra och prisvärt. Dock var restaurangen stängd och detta fick man information om först vid incheckning. Ingen information om det på hotels.com eller hotellets egna hemsida. Fanns en kaffemaskin på rummet men det var allt. CVS låg nära så där kunde mn köpa det mest nödvändiga. Frukostrestauranger fanns i närheten. Wifi fungerade bra och var snabbt, trevlig personal och bagageförvaring fanns tillgänglig. Rekommenderar hotellet om ni får ett bra pris!

Convenient but with Poor Service
While the Hotel is convenient to the Miami Convention Center. The non operation of the restaurant was not disclosed at the time of reservation. The Hotel did have an accommodation with a Restaurant 2 looks away, its level of service for the room service portion is belligerent and sub par. For this reason alone I cannot recumbent this Hotel.
