Cadre idyllique avec 3 belles piscines dont une réservée aux adultes Emplacement de choix avec accès direct à la plage Personnel très professionnel anticipant tout vos désirs Ils sont présents sans être envahissants et cerise sur le gâteau ils sont tous très sympathiques plein de petites attentions produits d’accueil De qualité machine à café dans la chambre avec capsules à disposition ainsi que les bouteilles d’eau Mon seul regret c’est Le troisième lit dans la chambre que nous avions réservé c’était un canapé-lit qui aurait pu convenir pour un enfant mais pour un adulte était très inconfortable Je recommande cette Établissement sans hésiter si je devais retourner à Miami il y a de grandes chances que je retourne dans cette hôtel

Un bijou, de très grande qualité
Nous avons été choyés, une suite magnifique avec une vue dont on se souviendra longtemps ! Nous fêtions nos 10 ans de mariage et notre séjour a été de très, très grande qualité ! J'ai eu la chance de séjourner dans de nombreux hôtels de luxe pour les vacances ou le travail mais Àqualina à de loin été le meilleur de part la qualité des prestations et surtout du service.

Chambres très confortables, sécurité assurée, plage et piscine superbes avec service de qualité, personnel prévenant, accueil très soigné, emplacement éloigné et taxis pas toujours disponibles (commandes à l'avance conseillée); personnel très agréable, surtout réception, plage et service de chambres. Seul problème : situation assez éloignée, rien aux alentours et il faut presque réserver un taxi à l'avance, afin d'être sur de partir à l'heure prévue)

Really bad hotel— not a luxury experience.
I’ve stayed here once before and thought it was great but this trip changed my mind. I wouldn’t stay there again and would not recommend it. The room conditions were terrible— the shower didn’t work and they took 4 hours to fix it rather than move me (even though I asked) and while they “fixed it” the water was shut off to the entire room so the kitchen, powder room etc were unusable. Multiple lights in the room didn’t work; one of the telephones didn’t work; one of the TVs didn’t work. They really do not have a professional operation unfortunately. And the staff, including the manager, were not helpful at all when these problems were respectfully brought to their attention. It’s ok though, I just won’t stay there again.

Beautiful property with some issues
We stayed for one night with our baby. Beautiful rooms and a really nice arrival gift waited for us upon check in. Hotel restaurants are also quite nice. Few things weren’t great, however. We were given a 6th floor room and had a view of a balcony below us. Not a big deal, but it was really disappointing to have a construction crew start working on that balcony at 7am. The hotel knew we had a baby with us (they provided a crib) so I’d expect a true luxury resort to think ahead and not put us in a room that’ll be loud early in the morning. Aside from that, the room was generally loud - we could hear the HVAC unit humming all night. Not sure if that’s true for every room or just ours. One small additional detail - typically at a luxury hotel, someone helps you with your bags as soon as your car pulls up. We were only helped after checking in. Not a huge deal, but didn’t feel like a true luxury resort.

WONDERFUL, beautiful property and beach! We were treated like royalty and wanted for nothing all week. The food was exceptional, the spa was fabulous, but the true stars were the people who work there. They were gracious, polite, kind, generous, and very helpful. One of the best places we have ever stayed! We loved our room our service and our entire experience at this resort, from the moment we got there we were blown away with the amazing service we felt so acknowledged and welcomed there thank you to the entire staff. We will be back again soon.
