Hôtel assez bien placé sur Mia Beach présentant une décoration moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La terrasse piscine serait à refaire, la peinture du sol se colle sous vos chaussures ou vos pieds. Salle Fitness décevante sans climatisation et parking payant trop chère (40-50€/nuitée). Dernier point, les petits déjeuners sont médiocres. Pas de bacon et les œufs brouillés sont facturés en suppléments. Cette hôtel ne dispose pas d’une vraie restauration!... Dommage!...

Bon séjour
Hôtel bien situé proche arrêt de bus. Personnels accueillant. Très bonne literie chambre agréable. Jolie vue de la piscine qui est sur le toit. Le seul point négatif c'est le petit déjeuner il est cher pour ce qui nous est présenté il y a peu de choix. Si vous êtes en voiture Il est difficile de se garer dans les rues et cet hôtel bénéficie d'un parking moyennant 50 dollars. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son confort.

Moderne
Très bonne localisation, à 1 min a pied de la plage. Belle vue à partir de la piscine sur le toit. Par contre la femme de ménage ne faisait pas à chaque jour un ménage en profondeur de la chambre. À mon arrivée, il y avait des poils dans la salle de bains et des "smarties" par terre à côté de la toilette. Ceux-ci sont restés sur le plancher tout le long de mon séjour donc la femme de ménage tournait probablement les coins ronds... Dommage, car je donne une note positive à cet hôtel pour tout le reste.

I checked into this hotel and everyone was very nice. When I got to my room I noticed that the waste baskets had not been emptied and there was a lot of hair in the shower. I reported this to the Front desk and they assured me that someone would come up and take care of it. I came back to the room after a run and nothing had been done. I reported this to the front desk and they apologized and said they would send someone. I waited in the lobby for 30 min and went back to the room and still nothing. I then noticed hair on the pillow, which indicates the bed was never changed. 2 hours since I checked in and nothing done. Terrible.

There are some good things, and several to improve; Gym: Very small, and hot. Limited options Front desk area: Small but people were very friendly Security: Without having a card key, you can get to any floor (noone checks if you are hotel guest or not). You need cardkey only after 11:00pm to enter to the hotel Room: Big enough for 3 people. No wardrobe. Enough space to lay down 3 luggages (we booked 2 Queen bed room) Bed: Bed comfort was not good. Mattress was worn out. My wife had backpain Restroom: Cleaning was not good. I found hair on the towel right after the cleaning. There is no counter space to keep tootpaste and toothbrushes. Shower area: this is the best one. Parking: Street parking is available but it is very hard to find. Otherwise there is hefty parking fee ($50 per night) Internet: they charge $28 per day facility fee, but internet is really bad. Close to the beach though. Overall, property is not very close Oceandrive, you need to take an uber ride (roughly $10).

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Maid service was among the best I've ever seen on vacation. Everything was in walking distance which was perfect for us. Miami is an expensive place to visit but this was among the lowest priced hotels in the area. I highly recommend it.

I looked for a Marriot and found this to be a nice, convenient hotel, one block from the beach. The most important thing I was looking for was cleanliness, quiet, easy parking and some amenities. The staff was excellent, attending any questions and making sure to communicate well. They were all friendly, which goes a long way. Severando the valet, the dining and front desk staff were so lovely. Also, the Cuban restaurant down the street was great. Thank you again!

Will be returning
Had a mini girls trip during the week & we enjoyed our stay. Devante checked us in & out. He always had a smile and kept us laughing. We didn't have enough time to check out the bar & rooftop, but had a great time here. The rooms are very clean & we felt safe. Loved that it was right next to the beach. I will definitely come back!
