The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, heating, a shared washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. The building has lift access, a doorman, a gym and a private entrance.



The Space:

There is one bathroom.



There are fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron in the bedroom.



In the kitchen: stove, refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. It also has a shared washer and dryer. A workspace and desk is available too.



The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hot water. There is air conditioning and heating in every room.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

-Trash Room Notice:

The trash room is located at the end of the lobby hallway. Please use this space to dispose of your trash and avoid leaving garbage in other areas of the building.



Notice: There is construction work in the building next door, so there may be some noise during the day. Thank you for your understanding.

-Laundry Room:

The laundry room is located up the stairs from the 7th floor. It is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Liquid detergent is available at the front desk; please pick it up before using the laundry facilities. Please note that the laundry room will be locked after 8:00 PM and will reopen the following day at 8:00 AM.
