I guess it is the manpower situation that is all over the same, the room was a bit noisy ´cause we where at the 5th floor and the noise from outside brother a bit, and it should make sure guess is informed to quite down after 23hs cause next door guest very noisy, i guess hard to controle that, the rest excellent!!

Todo estuvo excelente. Solo el estacionamiento lo cobran caro, el descuento es minimo para los que se hospedan en el hotel. Fuera de esto, instalaciones, servicio, alrededores, super bien!

The location is perfect. You are close to many amenities. You can walk to restaurants, shopping areas, etc. The staff was great. The hotel needs remodeling. The hallways are hot. No air conditioner . Showers are old and need remodeling.

Location, location, location the location of the hotel is in the middle of all of Reforma. I believe this was a great part of my trip. Walking distance from everything that Mexico City has to offer.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio y seguro. El l aire acondicionado refresca, entiendo que no están acostumbrados al calor. Ahí muy extraño es que cobren cover a sus huéspedes por estar en su bar.

The Hotel was very nice. The surrounding area was safe was to walk around. The AC unit was a little outdated, didn't make the room cold enough. For the short stay is good for us.

Great spot in the city, close to great food spots, walking trails and activities. Staff are very helpful, friendly and make you feel safe. Breakfast has really delicious options included — truly are getting your moneys worth!

The property was in a great location. I’ve stayed a few times before, but this time was not a good experience. I booked this room for a last-minute business trip. I choose a lower price room, as I just needed a place to sleep. Upon checking in, I realize they put me in a corner of the property. I’ve never stayed in before. The room was very old. And it seems like this was a room that was out of commission, that they hurriedly available rent, because it was clearly missing a painting that was there before (the screw holes from the previous picture was still there) and it was missing a nightstand. When I called the front desk and told him I was not satisfied with the room, the agent first informed me that I booked a cheap room (exact words). After I told him that I’ve stayed there several times before, and I know the standard rooms are usually in much better condition, he proceeded to look up my history and tell me that I’ve only stayed there one time before. I then explained to him that my colleague usually book the rooms, and check in for me beforehand so I don’t have to. After putting me on hold for a few minutes, he didn’t begrudgingly told me that they will change me a room. But only after telling me that next time, I should book a higher price room. Really??? 1. Does it matter that I booked a standard room? I’ve always booked a standard room, and this one was clearly not up to par. 2. Wow. Not the customer service I expect from a 4 star Sheraton.

Estoy muy contento con mi hospedaje, me sentí seguro, cómodo y asistí a la entrevista de visa de manera puntual. Es la mejor opción por su ubicación y las instalaciones son impecables. Tiene estacionamiento propio. Sino vas a la cita de visa de igual modo es una excelente opción para hospedarse en la Ciudad de México.

Air conditioning not working and Temperature 30c, almost impossible to sleep comfortably and get ready after shower without sweating. Water didn’t drain properly in shower or sink. Hotel in general too old and need to be renovated and better maintenance.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was hot even while the air conditioning was on. I did ask for a fan every single night until I got one the last night I was there. As good as the location was, I do not think I will be staying at this property again. I would not recommend it.

Good location with restaurants around and local bars. Easy to walk to shops and park. Pool was disappointing as it was closed but the photos made it look better than it was .
